“Placed a very large order of over £400, was recommended as they offered a lot of tracksuits so wanted to get a few and see which I liked/ disliked to return etc. There was 14 items altogether in my order. I received 6 items out of the 14!!!!! 2 when I chased this were apparently OOS so I’d be refunded for them.. fine ( this also wasn’t done until I messaged to ask where the other items were) upon opening this complaint for the rest of my missing order totalling £250 I have basically been called a liar and they’ve refused to reply to anymore of my emails as they’ve checked their footage in the warehouse x3 times and all items were sufficiently packed. They however cannot share this said ‘footage’ due to GDPR. Cannot give anymore information on escalating the complaint or what address where to send a letter too! They just expect me to give up and pay the money just because they’ve got a a video. Seems it’s a recurring fault with BOOHOO by the looks of other trust pilot reviews. Customer service is rude and abrupt and I honestly don’t usually complain as I work in customer service myself but my god this is the worst treatment from a business I’ve ever seen I will be taking this further with the ombudsman. This business cannot keep getting away with scamming people. It’s such a shame they think they can get away with things like this, it’s been such a stressful experience that I really did not need.”

“Clothing is far to small. I ordered a size up and I still could barley squeeze the jumper over my head, and it was supposed to be oversized. I also bought a jumper that I had previously bought the year before and the quality was awful, the jumper I have been wearing for the past year is in better shape. Much cheaper materials have been used to recreate the same garment. I wouldn't even care so much as im returning everything but the fact that I had to pay for delivery then to return it. “Placed an order and paid for ‘Evri Next Day Collection’ and ordered before 11pm as stated on the website. I ordered these to be collected from a different city that isn’t local to where I live as that was where I was goi v to be that day and it was convenient to get the items delivered there and the clothes that I ordered I needed really soon. My order was not delivered to the collection address the following day. I contacted customer services via the live chat and explained that I no longer need the order (the courier tracking said that they hadn’t even received the parcels) as it would now be delivered too late and the collection address is no longer convenient (it’s 20 miles from where I live. The person on live chat said the order can’t be cancelled and apologised it was late and that I would have to pay the return fee for an order that hasn’t even arrived yet. They didn’t even offer to refund the useless delivery fee that I had paid. They then tried to sell me ‘Boohoo Premier’ £9.99. So basically I don’t have the order on time, have to make a 40 mile round trip to collect clothes that I now have no use for because they’re late and it’s my fault according to the person on live chat for having the audacity to not pay £9.99 for premier.”

I ordered from boohoo in May & I received my items 1 1/2 months after ordering them which was also weeks after my event. I emailed for a return label to return the items for a refund 4 days after receiving them. I was told it was outside the 28 days after receiving the items for refund.
In conversation, boohoo asked for $15 to return the items, I tried to send the money through my bank but the minimum I could send was $100. So I returned to conversations with boohoo on how to come to an agreement to resolve this issue. Boohoo asked me to send the $15 through PayPal, I reopened my PayPal àccount and tried to send it. I needed additional details

Boohoo would not provide these details. After a very long process boohoo sent me a return label. I returned the items August 10th, 2022. Still no refund and no response from boohoo.”
“I am a size 14 in clothes generally and I ordered a size up on boohoo size 16. Nothing fit me properly. Everything was tight or uncomfortable. It really affected my body confidence as well. Really disappointed. Never buying from them ever again!”

I would include a photo but I never received the items....
So, well over a week ago I placed an order which I paid next day delivery for as needed the garments sooner rather than later. (Too late now by the way)
On complaining due to the delay of delivery I was given a refund. But no explanation.
I've yet to receive the parcel, but with no contact following the refund email I get an email this evening saying we have processed your refund!
Which is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable as I have never even received the items!!!
No explanation, no apology.
If this is the standard of customer service and experience you can expect from boohoo, I'm seriously surprised that you as a company are actually still in business.

“There is no customer service at all. The only contact is an email that each time replies that my $144 did not exist. To mail for my return items would have been $80 to UK. The items would have been good if the sizing wasn't so extremely large and out of proportion, the sleeves were 6 inches beyond my hands!!!”

“Ordered online from the tall range - unless you want severe camel toe from a play suit I would advise against this “tall” retailer!
Cheap, nasty polyester material on all but one item ordered, of the 4 items ordered 3 have been returned due to the poor quality (maybe weird alien boobs are your vibe though… or you have a fetish for using a huge amount of t*t tape to keep things in place)
Would NOT recommend for the price - sizing is off, design is weird and nothing like the photos (maybe that’s why all the models as crouching or the dress shown from the back only?!?)

“Be careful with this company the clothes come up really small , when you try to return because they are paperless it makes it more difficult to send back they long to keep you waiting , also it’s been 12 days since my return they said they have received it , then I left it a few days asked them when would I get a refund , they said I need to send proof of purchase who does that , they should be shut down I have never had to wait this long for a refund now they won’t give me my money it’s over £60”

I chased the courier but was unable to talk to someone so contacted boohoo via email. I was told to give them 24-48 hours to investigate. 5 days later no one has replied to my emails!! I started a chat 4 days later to be told that my delay was a 'slight' delay and that it is written in their terms and conditions that they are not responsible if deliveries are delayed or not received. I've been told to wait another week!! So much for customer service. I'm absolutely furious that boohoo customer service is so terrible”
“I purchased three items from Boohoo, two of which I needed to return as they did not fit. I was pregnant and ended up having the baby early. I was very ill and in hospital for over three week and my baby was in special care. Once we were discharged, I was just over the 28 days for returning the items. I emailed Boohoo and explained my circumstances only to be told that I should have contacted them whilst I was in hospital within the 28 days! Absolutely appalling customer service! Would not recommend at all.”
