I would give no stars if I could. Ordered from Wallis online, jeans were way too small and dress was far too big. Quality was also poor. Couldn’t get a returns label whatever I tried. Eventually found out Wallis was part of Boohoo and I had to jump through hoops to finally get a returns label from them. Returned items and it took weeks and many e-mails to get a refund. Wouldn’t recommend them at all!!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I've shopped online a lot. I know what I'm doing. My first order from Boohoo and I selected next day delivery. As I did so an offer popped up for next day delivery for a whole year for the same price as selecting the option once. It stated how it is the same price! So naturally I selected the unlimited delivery option. When you do this the website unchecks the next day delivery without your noticing. Its a scam to get you to sign up for the Premier option. When my delivery did not arrive today I could see in the email I was getting standard delivery. Standard delivery is cheaper! I paid for the premier option. The company has no customer service telephone number! You have to email, watsap or Facebook and just wait for someone to message you back hours later. They don't listen and fob you off. Online it says I can cancel the order by email. Well that is not true. Customer service refused and just quoted about terms and conditions saying you have to select next day delivery. I had! Why would I pay for it then not expect next day. I'm sure they'll respond to this with more nonsense. They do not listen! Please don't give your money to these con merchants!

I ordered an item for next day delivery, a week later and still no item, via WhatsApp I spoke to a customer service agent (ANISA), who was very rude, and basically told me to wait, no apology. Instead Anisa told me that they can see i have a premier delivery service and used a student discount too, none of which is relevant to my point of selecting next day delivery and a week later nothing has arrived. The comment was unnecessary and irrelevant, just a way to belittle me I assume. I've asked for Anisa full name to file a formal complaint, however there is no response on boohoos part, my messages are being ignored. This isn't the first time I'm dealing with rude customer service agents from Boohoo, I've had few other incidents where they send the wrong size, amd want me to go out of my way to return the item for their mistake, and again no apology or goodwill. Another incident they advertised ome thing and send something else, exactly the same outcome, i habe to go out of my way to return due to their false advertisement.

Unreliable company. Bought 2 dresses, paid for the express shipping (1-3 days). Item was scheduled to be delivered on the 3rd day, but was rescheduled. It was again scheduled to be delivered no the next day 7pm, it didn’t. Contacted the shipped via WhatsApp ti let them know of the delay, they asked me to wait 24-48 hours. I told them it was the weekend and that I had paid for the express shipping for a reason, they didn’t care. Turned out, UPS said that they found damage with my package and were no longer going to deliver. Contacted seller again, showed them that my item was no longer going to be delivered and said that if the could over night the dresses I was willing to still accept it. They told me I had to wait 20 more days before they were to do anything about it. Had to initiate a charge back on mu credit card in order to get my money back.

Sizing is crazy.. Ordered two pairs of jeggings the same size. One of them was massive on me, second pair was tiny and had been damaged im assuming from someone else trying to squeeze into them. Stick to ASOS!

Paid for Premium delivery which is supposed to ensure free delivery for a year but this is a scam. No reply from customer services on email or any social media platform. Discount offers are also a sham!

I've ordered off boohoo 3 times now- multiple items. They are absolutely never true to size and truly AWFUL quality. I've never been able to wear anything I've purchased from there because it either cuts me in half, is itchy and uncomfortable or it just looks cheap and nasty. Honestly it's the worst clothes website ever, would NOT reccomend to anyone.

Sizing from this company is an absolute joke - it’s no wonder girls are feeling so rubbish about themselves. I am a size 10-12… ordered items in size 12 to be safe and they are tiny!! My daughter liked one of the pairs of shorts and tried them on to be funny… they fit… she is 10! I returned and ordered a size 14, same problem. I am an adult confident in my body and not trying to conform to peers or what social media says a woman should look like, this kind of sizing is going to warp a young girls image of themselves!

Absolute awful customer service. Clearly pass you around and don’t actually read what is being said as I explained myself multiple times Mainly Poor quality clothes. Poor communication Never again !!

Bought x2 of the same denim shorts in two different sizes as I need them in a hurry and didn't have time to go out shopping. One was my normal size and one was bigger. Neither fit and both are tiny! What a joke.

Really bad. Ordered a tracksuit which clearly stated in stock in my size. Easy sailing through to checkout, details blah blah. Paid £5.99 Next Day Delivery and literally 4 hours later they’re telling me it’s out of stock via email, but obviously still quite happy to take peoples money off them. Spoke to customer services, all they could say was ‘oops our bad’ refund has been issued and I’ll receive it in 7 working days. This doesn’t include the delivery fee. Which is day light robbery anyway! I’d strongly advice to go elsewhere better quality better customer service and they won’t steal your money!! Also sizing is so shocking! Ordered a size 6 pair of joggers and honestly could fit a size 12/14 in them as they fit my mum perfectly! Just really disappointed was looking forward to seeing what the whole hype was about. It fell short for sure! I’d avoid.

Yeah last time i order from them now unfortunately. They used to be amazing but sizing is all wrong!! Way too small very disappointing and makes you feel like utter s#@t about yourself. 😩

I'd made 3 orders back in early May and returned all my unfitted items on time but the refunds never reached me and up to this very day after spoken explained and sent all proofs to countless different support agents on whatsapp and its all in the wilderness and my refunds of over £200 are still at stake. They seemed to be helping you with good mannerism but now there are no replies for 3 days now. Does anyone know there are other ways to contact them please? Would be grateful to any advice at all! This is my very 1st online shopping with Boohoo and its such a awful experience and I will do all that I can to get my £200 back!!!

Most of the clothing is not good quality and orders often wrong. Better going to the shops and can see quality before wasting time on boohoo!

I'll keep this short a sweet. Do not order from this company. Especially if you live in USA they treat you with no respect. After waiting 20 days for my order, I received wrong products. I was told that because I live in the US im responsible for shipping. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Boohoo trading as Debenhams. This is most definitely not the… This is most definitely not the Debenhams that has been a British institution over many years it's now run by a scandalous and apalling group of people who behave disgracefully towards customers. Have made 3 orders in the last month and each time has become progressively apalling. The first order arrived damaged and after arguing vehemently I was given a refund The second order was made by next day delivery and it didn't turn up until 3 days later again no real apology apart from being offered a free delivery code, just blamed the delivery company and took no responsibility This most recent order made on Friday again by next day delivery still hasn't arrived, contacted them on the Saturday and advised them it hadn't arrived they gave me this pathetic story full of lies and fabrication that it wasn't if you ordered before 11pm as advertised all over their website to get it next day but actually 9pm and they actually think customers will accept their lies Told them I was not accepting that and after initially refusing to escalate to a manager eventually did, the manager messaged me telling me what they said was correct and they were not liable for anything until 8pm yesterday (Sunday) and would deal with it if not delivered by then As expected still no delivered package yesterday so now it's 2 days late, contact them to advise and get no reply Wake up this morning (Monday) to get an email from Debenhams via Hermes saying my delivery had been returned and thanking me for returning the package when I hadn't even received it Debenhams have no official complaints procedure which I find amazing and hard to believe and are not regulated by any body or appropriate ombudsman This means they can do and treat customers however they want and you have absolutely zero comeback when they treat you like this They are a disgrace of a company

Sizes are far too small!! Felts like I needed a much bigger size and I’m a 12. Waste of time and money!
