“I bought a pair of boots last autumn for next day delivery, to wear the next day. The courier's website showed they'd been delivered and signed for by me, but I didn't receive them and neither did any of my neightbours. The boots were finally delivered a day late. I contacted boohoo.com to explain that my next day delivery had been late. I received a reply which showed they hadn't read my complaint, so I contacted them again. I received no reply. I put a review on Trustpilot last week and received a response from boohoo.com, which showed they hadn't read my complaint.... This company is awful.”
“I paid £4.99 for express Sunday next day delivery. It didn't arrive & there's no contact number so on Monday I sent an email complaining & chasing the package & stating I wanted my delivery charge refunded. To be fair they refunded the delivery charge within 48hours with an apology but saying as i'd paid for Sunday delivery it wouldn't now arrive until the following Sunday!! It arrived on the Thursday so took a full 5 days to arrive. On arrival the dress was true to size but the quality was so cheap, the strap on the dress wasn't even sewn on properly. Luckily i'm quite nifty with a needle & thread so managed to sort it myself. But all in all not impressed.”

“Don't purchase from this company. If you have any issues the only method of contact is via email. 6 days after ordering online and opting for next day delivery I'm still waiting. The email chain includes 4 different members of boohoo staff, and I'm still no closer to receiving my parcel. They're choice of delivery service leaves little to be desired (DXDelivery).
They certainly live up to their name... extremely poor service... BOOHOO indeed.”
“EVERYTHING IS WRONG WITH BOOHOO. The clothing is cheap and crappy, we have to pay to return this crappy junk back, even with proof of delivery of my package, one month later, no refund! I have written 5 times, always get a generic reply, because they have ni phone number, they always have a different customer service person reply. RIP OFF. SCAM. After 5 messages, I sent my receipts, proof of order, order numbers, items I returned, and a Postal reciept with tracking and a copy of proof of delivery to BOOHOO returns from USPS....Boohoo sends a horrible crappy generic message again about how to make a return properly (policy statement) which is printed on all their order pages, and also on the website. They stole my money, took back the merchandise, made me pay to return it, then can sell the crappy stuff again to someone else and make more money! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! STAY AWAY!!!”

They messed up my order and i was fuming - they apologise for the mess up but i have to jump through hoops to get my refund, i shouldnt have to do this and i wont do this... paypal will be involved now and ill get my money back that way! please do not use this company, i will never use them ever again - after spending so much with them ... im LIVID! “I order my clothes from 7 days ago and it is still not here yet. They refuse to refund me 3 days shipment, because they WANT to investigate the claim. I showed them screenshots of the order. They guaranteed the items to be here by April 21st and today is April 23rd. While it is 3 days shipment, I am here still waiting on my 8th day. Recommendation, order your clothes 3-4 weeks before the date that you actually need it otherwise you will be frustrated like me.
Seriously need to question their customer service and delivery service. Marketing shouldn't advertise it if the business can't deliver it.”
