“The website boohoo.com is a scam website that runs the following way, they sell clothes that are made to look nice on the websites but are actually so bad in quality and fit that people are very likely to return them back. They make money in the following way:
1. Take an extra $5 fee for delivery or $15 fee for express delivery, and irrespective of the amount paid they deliver it using the cheapest postal service available and it reaches late even if you pay the $15 amount
2. The clothes are made using poor quality fabrics and are not wort the the money charged for it.
3. They PROMISE their customers "FREE RETURNS" - it is mentioned on their website and the mails they send the customer, so that people are fooled into returning products.
4. They do not send the right label for returning the products and ask the customer to return the product using their money and saying that they will refund the money back.
The website is a total scam that probably send the same products over to customers again and again and makes money by charging them for delivering and returning products”
“I delivered an item for a party for Monday evening. I ordered it Saturday for Sunday delivery and paid for this service. No show. I followed up and was finally told Monday between 2pm - 4pm. An attempt of delivery was made apparently. I have been here all day no contact made.
Not happy at all. I will not order from them again and do not recommend”
“I’ve ordered from boohoo many times now and on so many occasions I have issues with my items being delivered. They have gone missing and boohoo can’t track them down. They refuse a refund even though they haven’t kept to there promise on there side. On my last order I used promo code for £1.99 next day delivery it’s been 4 days still no sight of my parcel. Customer service is ridiculous trying to get any help is pointless they just pass you around and leave you waiting before they can answer back to you. Really disappointed, so unreliable.”
“I don’t think you should do a maternity section as they aren’t very suited for pregnant women! They have no extra room or stretchiness around the chest or bump as we need them to be! I’ve ordered four things from boohoo ‘’maternity’ and had to send them all back as a ‘dress’ was the same size as a tshirt on me. And th dresses I ordered didn’t even make it over my chest! I even ordered them in a size up from what I am. there is so stretch or extra room! Very disappointed and your clothes have made me feel very unattractive about myself whilst being pregnant. I don’t have time to rush around to keep returning your parcels. 14 days to return isn’t enough as normal retail shops offer longer!”

First page of my order came to £87.50 but when I continued to payment it leapt up to £103.50 for no reason. Looked at the 25% discount, since when is £15.50 a 25% discount of £103.00. Shocking. My total should have been £66.63 not £103.50.”
“I bought a number of products from the site.
Twin pack hoodies, four or five t-shirts, skinny jeans and a parker coat.
The parker coat I bought a number of years ago, but I remember the stitching to the outer pockets pretty much fraying so much the pocket was useless.
The burgundy hoodie from the twin pack had stained the light grey hoodie before I had even taken it out of the packaging. I then used a colour catcher in the wash to make prevent staining of my other clothes. The catcher came out solid burgundy itself.
The other grey hoodie that I have only worn once now has a frayed pocket.
All the T-shirts purchased have shrunk considerably in what I would call my normal wash in which other clothes hadn't. Also, all the colours have run.”
“I payed for next day delivery on the 8/5/2018 I still have not received my dress..I've been emailing and keep being told something different each email really not happy and will not be odering again!!! I have also been told this happens with boohoo.”
“I payed for a next day delivery, that didn't happen. I got my order a day late which didn't really bother me because I was too excited to open my package. After opening it and trying it on I loved my new suède tracksuit. Unfortunately the joy didn't last because the suit had multiple holes in them. I made photos and emailed them to boohoo customer service. After a week of not hearing back from them I sent another email. 3 weeks later and still havent heard anything.”

“I have Never used such a terrible company in all my life!!! such a SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY!! All I have had over the last two weeks is issues after issues. There customer service team is absolutely shocking, my dog could give out better advice and service than these people who work here. All the staff have done is lie to me, given me misleading advice, none of them know what the hell they are doing! none of them know the legislation, and the fact that boohoo is in-fact in-breach of this by refusing a cancellation of a order once places. A parcel was delivered to the wrong address; they were no option to cancel the order. I contacted them when i placed the order and they refused to cancel or change the address...despite it not being dispatched!!!!! Then when it gets delivered to the wrong address, they refused to acknowledge it was their fault and their poor customer service and systems! they blamed the customer, and expected me to get this parcel redirected somehow...what firm does this?!?!?!?!?!?! when I quoted the consumer goods act, they soon changed their tune, and agreed to pick up the parcel and redeliver me a new one! Now i have been told they cannot give me a new one, only refund me and i have to reorder. This company has no idea wtf they are doing and do not even know what good customer service is!!!! God knows where they employ their staff...they clearly do not offer them any type of training! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN THEY DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEIR OWN MISTAKES!

“I made an order of about €100 and I never received it, so I sent an e-mail asking where my order was. They told me that something went wrong because they couldn't find my order at all. Yet I paid for it. I sent them screenshots of the payments to prove this, but they needed screenshots of all my transactions of the entire week. This is ridiculous, but I sent it anyway. It was all really messy, because I talked to 30 different people and none of them knew what was going on. I was asked to sent this information 3 times and I had to repeat myself 20 times, even though it was so little effort to just read all the e-mails back to see I have already sent what they need enough times for them to finally refund my money. I still don't have my money and I can't stand how awfully they are handling this, it's making me never want to buy ANYTHING there again.”

I was charged the original price for sales items claiming if I used promotion code on delivery I would be charged full original price for sales items. I have complained it was not clearly explained on the website but Bohoo did not get back to me. 3 days gone. Avoid this website at all costs”
