Awful service. Delivery is never on time. Always receiving the “your order is delayed” email. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

The customer services is the worst!!!!!!!! I was sent the wrong size on a previous order. Months ago. I just kepted it and reordered. Mistakes happen. Plus I don’t have time to go to the post office to send something back. 😒 The new item came and I was satisfied. So I placed a new order about a week ago. This time with three items. Before I placed the order I tripled checked that everything was correct and The size was in US size.After I placed my order I received the order confirmation. I checked to make sure the sizes were correct on there as well. 🙄🙄🙄and when my order arrived. My jacket and shoes came in the correct size. But my dress didn’t!!!!! My receipt and order confirmation both say US size 10 so I’m trying to figure out how I get a US size 14 dress!! No one has replied to emails. The customer services number is just a vm. I will never order from this company again. It’s ridiculously. No one has time or money to be wasting. Because ppl can’t take the time to package right. If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!!

If I could get back every penny I’ve ever spent on this website I would. Horrible cheap material, nothing I’ve ordered has been true to size and 9 times out of 10 an item I order arrives and it looks completely different to the picture on the website. Also ordered a few times and paid for next day delivery and received my items about a week or two after. The final straw was when I ordered a bodysuit last week, it came ripped, awkward to put on, takes about 10 minutes, and I had to look at the item and the picture because what I received and what the model wears on the picture looks like two completely different items. Never ever EVER again will I order from here.

This honestly had to be the worst shopping experience I've ever had. As a first time customer of boohoo to order something for next day delivery only for it not to turn up. Only after am I told if you want the courier to get out the van a ring the bell or actually deliver the parcel you need to leave extra instructions for him to do so. This I was told would take an extra 72 hours to pass on the instructions at which point I cancelled the order only to be told there's a 21 day refund process. I'm sure it only took seconds to take my money but 21 days to refund it? Maybe I just personally had a bad experience, however I would say be very very wary

Do not buy from them, they will send you the wrong items and give you hard time to send you the right one wasting your time. It's really disappointing and frustrating, not worth going through all that. I will make sure that every possible potential buyer is aware

Ordered medium sized jumper for my mum for xmas she said its far to big..more like xtra large fitting. So returned and never got a refund. BEWARE NEVER BUY OF THIS COMPANY

Worst customer service ever! Website states "ALL" items, will receive a discount on checkout yet this is not the case. Boohoo says it not on sale items. this also applies to postage cost. Buys beware. Also when ordered the items went to wrong address now both Boohoo and DPD are not interested in giving me an explanation.

Disgusting service orders early on 30th December 2018 for next day delivery hasn’t turned up and now told won’t be here till 2 nd January 2019. Next day don’t think so this has happened to me twice lately Want a refund on my delivery 12 month service

Clothing is of very poor quality seems on t-shirts fraying logos on tshirts fell off on first wear the zip on a bomber jacket I brought doesn't work stuck in one place overall cheap company cheap clothing would not recommend and will not be using again...real let down!!

I ordered item from this company for my son. I was really happy that it was being delivered the following day, however, the item was ‘delivered’ by hermes who sent me a message confirming delivery to me but they said they left it on the porch. I looked outside it wasnt there, then checked the photo which was of another persons porch? Boohoo cannot be contacted by phone..... is it being run by computers? Or is this barrier to their customers to hide from complaints! In response to the email contact it required me to agree to 6 points, the tone of the email was rather accusatory. I think they need to look at their customer service. Their delivery company myhermes also avoids direct customer service and again whilst apologised still did so in a tone that implied it was my failt that I didn’t have the item because ‘it had been delivered’!

I received a pair of earrings to which one was faulty. The ear piece was separate/broken off from the full earring therefore unable to wear. I contacted boohoo straight away regarding this and got an automatic response asking me to send pictures and gave me options on what I would like. I replied straight away with pictures and asked for another pair to be sent out. This was on the 9/12/12. I have still heard nothing back. Very disappointing service all in!

I was told my parcel would be delivered the next day. They emailed to say the service you’ve chosen is unfortunately not going get your parcel to you on time. After 2 days - the tracking information was still stating that the parcel hadn’t even been dispatched yet. I just don’t know why this service is available if they cannot fulfill their deliveries. I never order anything online purely for this reason and feel really let down. I’m now not going to get the parcels for what I needed them for.

Placed my first ordered ready for Christmas. Chose to have it delivered to a HubBox address. Later the next day that I paid delivery for I got a message via MyHermes (they are a joke in themselves) saying they tried to deliver to my home address. , even though I chose the HuBox. To make it worse I was in all day as my work plans changed last minute but no one pressed my intercom in my apartment, and no neibhour got buzzed as there is only 6 of us. BooHoo has no number to call just Twitter messaging and that’s where it get really stupid. They accused me of choosing a delivery point that cannot be guaranteed, and this is after I had to prove I selected the HubBox in the first place. All they keep saying is it is out for delivery tomorrow. After 5 times of telling them I’ll not be here tomorrow they just said they cannot do anything. BooHoo or BahHumbug.

A week ago I ordered a coat, shoes and 2 sweater dresses I received the coat and the shoes but not the dresses Bitcoin in the email says that everything was shipped and to make it more difficult they don’t attach a shipping invoice inside the bag. Horrible company stay AWAY from them.
