“Disgusting service orders early on 30th December 2018 for next day delivery hasn’t turned up and now told won’t be here till 2 nd January 2019.
Next day don’t think so this has happened to me twice lately

“Clothing is of very poor quality seems on t-shirts fraying logos on tshirts fell off on first wear the zip on a bomber jacket I brought doesn't work stuck in one place overall cheap company cheap clothing would not recommend and will not be using again...real let down!!”
“I ordered item from this company for my son. I was really happy that it was being delivered the following day, however, the item was ‘delivered’ by hermes who sent me a message confirming delivery to me but they said they left it on the porch. I looked outside it wasnt there, then checked the photo which was of another persons porch? Boohoo cannot be contacted by phone..... is it being run by computers? Or is this barrier to their customers to hide from complaints! In response to the email contact it required me to agree to 6 points, the tone of the email was rather accusatory. I think they need to look at their customer service.
Their delivery company myhermes also avoids direct customer service and again whilst apologised still did so in a tone that implied it was my failt that I didn’t have the item because ‘it had been delivered’!”
“I received a pair of earrings to which one was faulty. The ear piece was separate/broken off from the full earring therefore unable to wear.
I contacted boohoo straight away regarding this and got an automatic response asking me to send pictures and gave me options on what I would like.
I replied straight away with pictures and asked for another pair to be sent out. This was on the 9/12/12. I have still heard nothing back.
Very disappointing service all in!”
“I was told my parcel would be delivered the next day. They emailed to say the service you’ve chosen is unfortunately not going get your parcel to you on time.
After 2 days - the tracking information was still stating that the parcel hadn’t even been dispatched yet.
I just don’t know why this service is available if they cannot fulfill their deliveries.
I never order anything online purely for this reason and feel really let down. I’m now not going to get the parcels for what I needed them for.”
“Placed my first ordered ready for Christmas. Chose to have it delivered to a HubBox address. Later the next day that I paid delivery for I got a message via MyHermes (they are a joke in themselves) saying they tried to deliver to my home address.
, even though I chose the HuBox. To make it worse I was in all day as my work plans changed last minute but no one pressed my intercom in my apartment, and no neibhour got buzzed as there is only 6 of us. BooHoo has no number to call just Twitter messaging and that’s where it get really stupid. They accused me of choosing a delivery point that cannot be guaranteed, and this is after I had to prove I selected the HubBox in the first place. All they keep saying is it is out for delivery tomorrow. After 5 times of telling them I’ll not be here tomorrow they just said they cannot do anything. BooHoo or BahHumbug.”
“A week ago I ordered a coat, shoes and 2 sweater dresses I received the coat and the shoes but not the dresses Bitcoin in the email says that everything was shipped and to make it more difficult they don’t attach a shipping invoice inside the bag. Horrible company stay AWAY from them.”
“The jumper was much darker than pictured and I bought a uk 16 so that it would be baggy on me. I am a UK 10/12 and the jumper was tiny...more like a small UK 10. Short in length and sleeves... not at all like the picture. The sizings are ridiculous. Very disappointed.”

They keep people for fools, I ordered dress for important occasion, paid for express next day delivery the most expensive option from all. When i didn't received my postage for 3 days contacted them via mail and Facebook. Provided screenshots of my order as a proof, absolutely no help! Neither refund for expensive postage was offered, instead of dealing with this situation and send me delivery within 24 hours suggested to wait another 7 days !! I guarantee all those 5 star reviews are scam from company employees, no way it matches reality!! Suggested that i didn't choose next day delivery therefore they didn't send :) The most ridiculous excuse, which does not match with the logs of money deducted from my account, such impudence!
P.S. plus sent to me what supposed to be tracking for "fastway" courier which was not valid, screenshot saved as a proof, clowns.”
“Well another great non delivery from Boohoo😡! 14 year old twins ordered an outfit for their party over a week ago, paid for next day delivery. Items still not turned up! Have spoken to their poorly run customer service team on several occasions and been told to contact the courier directly- no number provided so no way of contacting them. Tracker has stated it’s been sitting at my local
Depo for the last three days, but no one can tell me when it will be delivered. Overall very stressful and poor service. Do not buy for this poorly run company”
“Ordered my items 2 days before a party i needed my dress for. The courier company they use Hermes has got to be the worst ever considering i used to worj for them. They say "they made attempts to deliver" cctv clearly shows they didnt. Plus it was being delivered to a work address. Boo hoo wouldnt even refund my delivery charge as a gesture of good will. I am now awaitng my refund.”
“Not happy with the service at all. I ordered some clothes nextday delivery waited for 5 days only to receive an email saying my order its been returned without my knowledge on my parcel tracking order it was saying at the delivery depot i am very dissappointed .”
“If I could give Boohoo less than one star I would. I recieved a playsuit today 12.11.2018. I opened the package, thinking to myself that this doesn’t look like a new freshly packed item. To my shock and horror and disgust. I received a period blood stained playsuit. The blood was in the crouch area.
Seeing this literally turned my stomach. I couldn’t believe, that’s someone has returned this item to them and they just ships it out to an innocent customer. I contacted them on social media and their customer service skills were shockingly bad. Awful to be exact. I will never purchase an item from them again.”

“Sizing is absolutely ridiculous! Ordered a leather jacket in Large, so I could perhaps fit a thin jumper under it. I am normally a size 14 and I couldnt even get it on. My neice is a size 6 and it just about fitted her! The same with a dress brought a size 14 and it would barely fit a size 10. Such a waste of time and effort, will not be ordering from Boohoo again.”
“Quality of clothes have got worse, sizes are very off. I ordered the next size up (size 16) for my own comfort and it didn’t fit, but fit my cousin who is a size 10.
Also a lot of the clothing are cropped tops even though they don’t appear to be in the images.
Basically just made for slim people.”
“First ever order received from boohoo today and wish I hadn't bothered ordered a coat size large and its tiny can just about zip it up but the arms are way to short looks like I've squeezed into a childs coat.”
