“What a nightmare! I have never used Boohoo before but yesterday i went on and ordered just over £70 worth of clothes
i selected next day delivery but my confirmation said 3-5 working days so i sent emails to customer service, priority and
help desk today i checked and had no reply so called the customer service number after a 28 minute hold got through to reception
who said customer services are only online so to wait for a repsonse just had an email saying now my order has gone
through as 3-5 working days they cannot ammend it and i should wait until it is delivered then return it
i never would of ordererd if id known it would take a week to come i needed the delivery for tomorrow morning at the latest
but looks like i will have to return it all when it comes and shop elsewhere today such a shame because website
really nice and clothes looked lovely just awful customer service lets it down terribly to the point of not being
able to order again.”

“Horrible customer service! Explained that I returned two items back at the end of Nov. I received an email in Dec...stating that my refund had been submitted to my bank. I have yet to receive a refund. They’ve asked me for my bank statements 7 different times. I submitted as requested and still no refund. So, Boohoo gets their items back and they are able to keep my money! This is STEALING!!!!”

“Very bad service. Haven't received my item for almost a month. I asked for the refund but they are just all the time delaying. Would not suggest ordering if you need it on time for some special occasion etc. I stated that I need it for my trip but they just don't care. For comparison, last time I had some problems with online shopping the seller issued a refund the same day I said I hadn't received it!”

I have recently made a purchase from Boohoo website, prior to which, I contacted customer service MULTIPLE time to request some information regarding maternity sizing. I was told point blank that customer service reps did not know the answer and someone would get back to me. No one ever got back to me. When I contacted customer service to follow up I was again told that someone would have to get back to me, basically they are not educated in their own product. I did mention that I didn't have much time as I wanted to purchase a maternity dress for an event I had to go to. I was told to order it and return it if I wasn't satisfied. I agreed to do this because I was very anxious to order something too late. My order did get delivered in a reasonable time frame (7 Days). However I do not know who they have delivering their parcels but the courier literally whipped it at my front door from down my walk way. I have a security camera that caught this, not to mention I was in fact home and heard the thump from inside. Needless to say, I am totally dissatisfied with the service and my product. On top of the terrible service, the dress does not fit, because of course, I had to guess my size. Also, their customer service team has yet to respond with the sizing information for their maternity clothes!!! its been over a week!! Boohoo carries an entire division of maternity, how is it possible that you do not have a size guide for you customers?, but whats worse, is that they provide such terrible customer service that if someone asks a question they cannot answer and they don't even try to get one for you. I am so disappointed, this is my last time ordering from Boohoo and I will make sure that everyone knows that this company is just junk, terrible quality of clothing, inconsiderate delivery service and by far the most incompetent customer service department.”
“My parcel never turned up even though it said on the tracker from Hermes that it had been delivered to reception (we don't have a reception). This happened after I had notified and confirmed my address with Boohoo the day before as it wasn't delivered due to an address query. After, this i was assured that the money would be refunded within the next week. This deadline has been and gone and i still haven't been refunded my £85. Needless to say i am very disappointed with the overall service.”

“firstly when my order for a black large top arrived it came with an invoice for a size 10 green dress for a woman who was obviously not me. After returning the top (and changing the invoice to my details) it took a month before I had to call them to find out why they had not refunded my money. The website says if you contact them, they will contact you back immediately. This reply is an automated reply to tell you the human will take another 48 hours. When I was contacted, I was asked to send my proof of postage via a photo, which I did. I was then informed that actually it was not the proof of posting at the post office I required but when the post office hand it over to the courier!!!! After explaining to the girl, that after I had proved the top had left my hands, and had been passed safely into the hands of the post office, my responsibility was over. I was the referred to the next department who took another 48 hours to respond. They off course said I would receive my refund in up to 7 working days. I have excluded Christmas and weekends from my calculations, and 11 working days have passed, and still no sign of a refund. This has taken 5 weeks in total, and is still not resolved. Be warned , this is quiet literally a shabby outfit”
“You would be better off shopping at a pound shop than buying this second hand rubbish. Ever thought why there is a lot of returns, read the reviews the majority of these are for returns. There is pallet after pallet coming into the warehouse everyday of returns, and large mail trollies coming in. Your buying secondhand returns classed as new.”

“About Boohoo: the people who make up this company are a bunch of cheats, the few positive feedbacks are obviously written by management themselves. This company cannot be taken seriously; 15!!! directors in their management team and still no one has any understanding of customer service or, more likely, they are just a bunch of greedy people who absolutely don't care at all about their customers.

It is unbelievable that in the year 2018 when we thought customer care was essential/crucial, this company is still disrespecting its customers in such a gross manner.

I won't be shopping with these clowns again and the way I'm feeling right now might even send all the items back out of principle”
