“Absolutely appalled by the service I have received. I ordered 7 pairs of hotpants with next day delivery coming to a cost of about £50. 5 days after I hit order and I'm still waiting for them. I have messaged them asking about tracking and took their procedures as their website says. Within this it told me to ring the tracking company which added an extra £24 on my phone bill and they have now told me they've re sent my order however will not pay for the £24 even though it was their fault? I am so sad about this as I had heard some good reviews about this website however after my experience with them I have now delved deeper and found they are more bad than good. I will not be using this website again and would not recommend it to anyone. I'm now just hoping that when my order finally arrives the goods will be 'good' and I will not have to go through the return order as I hear that's just as bad.”

“I ordered a party dress for £20 which looked incredibly glamorous in the images shown. However, when the item arrived, it had been squashed into a tiny plastic bag and when I took it out, it was incredibly difficult to figure out how to put on since it was a wrap-around dress. It took me a good hour to actually wear the dress and I wish this had been made clear on the website.
When I put the dress on, the spaghetti straps were way too long for any size 10 to possibly wear and there was no way to adjust this unlike with clothes found on ASOS & Missguided that I have bought before.
The material was also very thin and cheap. If I had seen it in a store, I would never have paid more than £10 for it as it was so obviously cheap material. Absolutely disappointed as I have shopped from BooHoo before and recieved similarly poor quality clothing but for an extremely low price. As I have bought something more expensive this time, I expected much better quality and sizing as I know a £20 dress from a high street store like New Look or H&M would be much better quality.
As I have refunded items before to BooHoo, I am aware that the returns process is painstakingly long and it can take weeks to get a refund. Very disappointed in quality of clothing and will not be shopping here again.”

I use to order from AS*S and its free delivery and always arrived not more then 1 week.

“I was going on a night out so ordered a few bits to try and find a new outfit wasn't having much luck but followed the return process 4/5 times absolutely fine money back in my account straight away I was so impressed with this the last 2 things I ordered the most expensive came to £50.00 in total again didn't like them on so followed the same return process I had already done no sign of my £50.00 this has been going on for nearly 2 months now I still don't have my money everyone I contact them they parm me off saying it's my banks fault but it's nothing to do with them! “First off I'm writing this completely in tears - of frustration. I paid specially to have my package delivered in time for a festival I was attending, which was £7 it doesn't seem like a lot but obviously I had then got myself excited for it etc. On the tracking through boohoo & UK mail it said expected delivery by 22.00. By this time it still hadn't come, I didnt really know what to think so I decided to message them to find out. They then proceeded to tell me they were really busy & basically would take an hour to get back to me. Having already felt disappointed as my package wasn't coming & had waited all night for it. I THEN inbox them again as I don't hear anything for an hour, after all this fuss it then turns out because I re messaged I have to wait another hour. So now its one in the morning & I've been awake nearly all night waiting for this reply. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. I wish they had better customer service ! Using twitter & Facebook to interact with people is really not the way forward, feel like I'm being trolled half the time by people saying 'we will get back to you' etc. Its a shame as they have a good selection of clothes but this experience has put me off.”
“Honestly this has been shocking. I have used Boohoo before and have had no issues. However, I ordered quite a few items making my order just under £300- a lot of money to take from my card, and I am aware that refunds are very slow. I ordered next day delivery and my order did not come. I contacted both the courier and Boohoo, both with unhelpful responses. Boohoo very slow to get back, had to e-mail multiple times to get an actual answer. Package now being sent back to boohoo and I am being refunded- I did not want a refund?? I wanted my clothes??? I am going on holiday tomorrow and wanted some last minute items that I had not had time to get. Extremely unhappy, will not be ordering from here again, very disappointed as have always been happy but this has completely tainted. I have overlooked the courier previously throwing my package over the gate even though I have been in all day so I couldn't have missed them, but this had absolutely ruined my experience. Very angry. Very disappointed.”
“AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Beyond poor. The quality is beyond shocking - all see-through and made from the cheapest fabric I've ever seen, that does not look like what was advertised. Whats worse is I returned two packages (which they haven't updated my account at all to reflect this) and when I went to find a number to phone - you have to use TWITTER to get in touch! So to clarify, shit clothes and I've had to sign up for a social media account just to try and rectify the issue. Very annoyed and disappointed.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would! The returns policy is terrible, I have been waiting 18 days for confirmation that they have received my return - which they claim not have and as I don't have my receipt they cannot refund me I have been back and forward emailing them for 30quid if I was going to try to take the pi&@ I'm sure I wouldn't take this amount of time out of my day I am a busy mum of3 and can be a bit scatter brain when it comes to keeping receipts etc. I went to post office who advised they cannot print a copy of receipt but as boohoo provide a return label with a unique sending number on they should be able to do this boohoo have said they have done but it's not been delivered. Have never had bother with Royal Mail before. I think boohoo are at it!!! Will not use again! They must need my 30quid more than they think I do!”
“I placed a order so my sister would receive the items on her birthday, one of the dresses was supposed to be worn on the day for nice meal out. When it arrived it was a size 12 in size 8 packaging, she was very upset as I, as I paid £4.99 for next day delivery for a reason! And i have now been wwiting 2 weeks for a refubd as they say they dont exchange..which is ludicrous. Terrible customer service, as they only DM on Twitter saying it's been refunded where is the solution! Where is my money?”
