The WORST online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered 15 items, 4 arrived, after a week of trying to get a response from someone and filling out the claims form, they assured me my items were now on the way. They sent me the EXACT SAME 4 items I had already received, and no sign of the others. It is impossible to talk to someone, despite what their emails say it takes over 48 hours for someone to get back to you, and when they do get back to you they send a generic email. The WORST service I've ever experienced. ASOS is absolutely incredible in comparison. I will never be shopping on boohoo again.

Do not order from Boohoo! They are a scam. To make a return they state you must print your return label from their website and drop the parcel in the mail. However, they will not give you a refund. They claim you need a photo of a receipt from the USPS as proof of return, which would not be provided since Boohoo gives you the mailing label. This is their way of scamming you out of money and keeping their merchandise! This service is horrible!!!

I ordered a few dresses and a couple of jeggings from them. The pack pocket on one of the jeggins came off after a day and two of the dresses have holes in them. Utterly disappointed. Unfortunately, I took the tags off before noticing any of them, so I won't be getting a refund.

Ordered Two tops, lovely tops, look real good, top notch, 110% my type on photos. £35 my order came to, not too bad, I ordered them Monday 3rd July with 3-5 days delivery, I thought 'yeah that's fine it will be here by Friday' (which is when I need it for) it is now Thursday and I have yet to receive an email saying my order has been dispatched. Is this me worrying like an anxiety ridden little muffin? maybe. What's the chance that it will be delivered by tomorrow? not very likely. I've read so many reviews saying they've been waiting longer than 3 weeks, my hope is lacking and my bank account is empty, that about sums how I'm feeling. Boo who? Boo you!

I ordered some sale items on the website nearly two weeks ago . Yesterday I got an email to state that the prices were incorrect and that they had refunded my account . I wanted the items and it took them so long before telling me. Really disappointed in this website it's not my fault and feel that the items should of been sent to those who ordered before they corrected the price !!!!!!!!

I order 70 pounds worth of clothing on a Friday and paid for next day delivery...I got an email to say that it had been Dispatched And said it would definitely be here by Sunday. Well it's Wednesday and still haven't got anything, been left with the claims company waiting to hear where it is. I have ordered from boohoo before and never had any problems, prices were good and the clothes fit nicely.

I ordered something on a Monday and they didn't dispatch until the Thursday night so I will not have it on time for when I need it. Things are normally slow to come from them so I did expect delays but they are never this slow to dispatch. I tried to use and pay for the next day delivery option but it did not work. I will never use them again.

TL; DR version: Horrible quality, inaccurate size charts, NIGHTMARE return process I ordered three dresses at the beginning of May, and the quality was absolutely awful-- the fabrics felt like sandpaper and plastic, one dress was completely see-through, and the sizing information provided was completely inaccurate. I ordered based on my measurements and received garments that were completely unrelated to the numbers they advertised. Not one of these dresses fit correctly and were off by several inches. I couldn't even tell you they run big or small because each garment and point of measurement was completely random. Normally if something is low quality and doesn't fit, you can at least return it and move on with your life, but I haven't had that option due to Boohoo's customer service being just as awful and chaotic as its products. They received my return shipment WEEKS ago and refuse to return my money even though I've provided proof of shipping (more than $18 at my expense) and delivery. They refuse to even look into the fate of my shipment, simply sending me the same rude form letter over and over again telling me to wait. I have BEEN waiting. It is nearly July. This is ridiculous. I should have just filed a claim for defective/not as described merchandise. I would have had grounds, given the horrendous quality and wildly misrepresented sizing, and I would have had my money back right away without losing almost $20 out of pocket sending this garbage back. This has been a nightmare from the day I opened the package of awful, awful clothing, AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY BACK. I've had to open a dispute with PayPal to have any hope of ever seeing these funds again. AVOID.

We don't like leaving negative reviews, but sadly feel that this needs voicing. Our own fault from ordering from a company named 'Boohoo', perhaps the title should have warned us enough before proceeding to place an order. Anyway, upon receiving the order, the quality is poor, and sizing is not reflective of actual size guide. My wife is a size 8, the clothing was at least 2 sizes larger and poorly cut. Raised a return, sent items back on the Royal Mail tracked label. Items were recorded as received back to the 'boohoo' warehouse, but funnily enough nobody was prepared to produce a surname for the tracking! Despite contacting 'boohoo' twice now, they claim their system hasn't received the goods (Royal Mail confirmation has been produced twice to them), and that if / when they receive the returns it will take at least 14 days to process. Alarm bells continue to sound... this means the company has more returns than it can cope with (speaks for itself!), and that they have high reluctance in refunding customers they're money. Good job we aren't holding our breathe, needless to say this is the first and last time 'boohoo' will be used by us. Shall be interesting to see what Trading Standards say, and the legal advice we are seeking for 'boohoo' withholding the refund.

Just want to say, Not Recommended. Check review before you order, cos I order before read review. My problem is my package already more then a month and didnot arrived yet. I keep telling them to refund so i can order from somewhere else, but they keep telling me to wait... Huh wait for how long? Everytime I write message to them, every single messages answer with different people which is dont know the case and keep me reapeating the question and keep telling me wait and wait and wait.

I hate boohoo. Aparantly delivered my goods left in an open porch way to the wrong delivery addres i came home to no clothes! Yet they won't reply to my complaint but have taken my £380 for the clothes!!!"legal action being taken awful

Absolutely appalled by the service I have received. I ordered 7 pairs of hotpants with next day delivery coming to a cost of about £50. 5 days after I hit order and I'm still waiting for them. I have messaged them asking about tracking and took their procedures as their website says. Within this it told me to ring the tracking company which added an extra £24 on my phone bill and they have now told me they've re sent my order however will not pay for the £24 even though it was their fault? I am so sad about this as I had heard some good reviews about this website however after my experience with them I have now delved deeper and found they are more bad than good. I will not be using this website again and would not recommend it to anyone. I'm now just hoping that when my order finally arrives the goods will be 'good' and I will not have to go through the return order as I hear that's just as bad.

I have also ordered and paid next day delivery only to be told it wont arrive at earliest until next Tuesday. This was an item needed for the weekend and I wouldn't have ordered if I knew it wouldn't arrive on time. Have requested a refund.

I ordered items for next day delivery and received them just under 2 weeks later. I had tone contact boohoo every day. They didn't even want to refund me my delivery charge until late I argued the matter for ages. Nothing else was offered. They didn't really care at all

I ordered a party dress for £20 which looked incredibly glamorous in the images shown. However, when the item arrived, it had been squashed into a tiny plastic bag and when I took it out, it was incredibly difficult to figure out how to put on since it was a wrap-around dress. It took me a good hour to actually wear the dress and I wish this had been made clear on the website. When I put the dress on, the spaghetti straps were way too long for any size 10 to possibly wear and there was no way to adjust this unlike with clothes found on ASOS & Missguided that I have bought before. The material was also very thin and cheap. If I had seen it in a store, I would never have paid more than £10 for it as it was so obviously cheap material. Absolutely disappointed as I have shopped from BooHoo before and recieved similarly poor quality clothing but for an extremely low price. As I have bought something more expensive this time, I expected much better quality and sizing as I know a £20 dress from a high street store like New Look or H&M would be much better quality. As I have refunded items before to BooHoo, I am aware that the returns process is painstakingly long and it can take weeks to get a refund. Very disappointed in quality of clothing and will not be shopping here again.

I buy 2 jeans and delivery estimate 5-14 days. already 3 weeks and still somewhere, and i sent message to them about it and they keep telling me wait for 14 days working day. I'm not sure they check, 14 working day are passed :( I use to order from AS*S and its free delivery and always arrived not more then 1 week. Here at Boohoo you PAY for DELIVERY and Take sooooo long First and the LAST shop here.

They didnt inform me that they dont have my order. It looks like I havent made any oders at alll. No emails from them. Frustrating staff who asked the same questions (for example: send order number.... wtf? I dont have any order number because you dont have my order at all). No, no, noooooo.... summarizing I am very happy that I didnt make money payment, because my bank had technical problems
