“I had an issue when I was trying to purchase a bus ticket online as I received a “Webpage error” and I didn’t realise that the purchase was made (I didn’t receive a confirmation email). After a few messages between bookaway and myself, I received my ticket, but I had to cancel as I bought a ticket in person. I was able to cancel as I bought the “flexible cancellation” which was really convenient.”

“excellent service ferry booked online , printed tickets and showed them to the staff at entry passed me through no issues. When there is only 1 ferry a day it was good to have the security of knowing we had seats”

“Very hard to contact, I did get replies but they was a little slow. All in all, they got back to me a lot and resolved the issue at the end. Very happy with the service and have used many times.”
