“I had an issue when I was trying to purchase a bus ticket online as I received a “Webpage error” and I didn’t realise that the purchase was made (I didn’t receive a confirmation email). After a few messages between bookaway and myself, I received my ticket, but I had to cancel as I bought a ticket in person. I was able to cancel as I bought the “flexible cancellation” which was really convenient.”
