“SCAMMED! Bookaway processed payment for bus trip tomorrow morning. Received email stating "If you are not getting your ticket in the next 24 hours, please contact our support" but the trip is in 16 hours. CONTACTED THEIR SUPPORT EMAIL. THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS IS TO A DEFUNCT WEBSITE AND THE EMAIL SENT WAS UNDELIVERABLE! NO SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE.”

“Booked a bus: wrong address provided for pickup location, huge premium (about 50%) over the actual bus ticket price (16 USD instead of 11), wrong info about the duration of the bus, no info that we had to switch twice (bus to ferry to bus)”

“Booked 3 days in advance a simple bus ticket. We've received money trasfer confirmation.. 12h before departure (money was already transfered) WE had to email where they would pick us up. Turns out there was no space on the bus.. Lost 1 day of travelling and a lot of money. (Pickup, ferry, hostel..) NEVER AGAIN!”

“Transport I booked never turned up, emailed anout a refund and recieved no response. Nearly missed a flight, dont risk it with this company.”

“After they called us to reschedule because the original time was fully booked, they canceled 50minutes before the new departure time. With no information what so ever, via a childish way of writing an email. Left us stranded in the city forced to pay for another night in a hotel and lay for hotel we've booked in the original place of destination. Would definitely NOT recommend this service to others in vietnam. Truly a bad service.”
