“All was very good, from pick up at the hotel to the boat ride. When left and arrived on time. The boat as clean, fast, comfortable and clean. Using the toilet May be a challenge because of the movement of the boat but the captain slowed down for a while just so that I could use it.
All the staff were very helpful and professional.”

“Booked ferry tickets to cross over to Cozumel island. The process was straightforward and I received an email with the tickets attached. I then had to print out the tickets to be able to use them at the ferry terminal. I was told that we needed to exchange them for tickets, but in the end, they accepted the printed QR code and all was good. There was a delay in sending me the tickets, so I used email contact and customer service got back to me very quickly.”
