“This was the first time I ordered your product. The website was easy to navigate but I feel the product was expensive for what it was. I have used Moonpig for years and they confirm delivery dates whereas your delivery didn’t and ended up missing the birthday by 1 day. The recipient was not exactly bowled over by the Boomf either so a little bit of a disappointment overall. Not something I will be rushing to repeat.”

Thanks for your feedback Heather. 🙂 Our shipping page provides estimated delivery times for our items. At the moment we do not have a nominated day service but this is something we are currently looking into.

“The card quality was really good, although the colour printed image tended to be washed out. The butterfly didn’t fly/ jump out the card as I had seen online on Boomf videos which was a massive disappointment when my mum opened up her card.”

“Card was excellent and great quality. However I ordered a pamper pack as a gift with it however this was just pushed into the same envelope. Very poorly put together. Disappointed”

“Was so looking for the huge shower of confetti for my Grandaughters birthday and yet it just went ppffff. I probably won't bother doing another one. Such a shame as I hadn't seen her for months and I thought it would have been a bigger gesture! Wont post the video as it is really boring!”

“It a very sweet and clever ideia. Not cheap in the end. The shopping is a little bit disappointing. You can’t never tell if it will REALLY arrive on the day of the person’s bday. Of you either spend much more or cross your fingers.”
