Placed an online order on 6th December 2020. It had not arrived by 12th December so I checked the order information. Information on the website made it impossible to tell whether the order had been couriered or sent by Royal Mail. Cold not get through on the phone so raised an enquiry. Still no delivery and no response to the enquiry on 15th December. Message on account says call Customer services, but phone disconnect immediately. Raised another enquiry and sent mail to customer services. No reply to either enquiry or customer services email 5 hours later. This must be the most appalling service ever. I have only given 1 star because it is the lowest possible rating. It should be 0 stars to be accurate. It looks as though I may have to go through my bank to get my money back. Starting to look for alternative places to by the things I have been buying from Boots for many years.

Went into Kendal Store on 30th Nov and ordered large expensive gift set invoice stated delivery 8th december it is now 15th and nothing has come no-one answers the phone at the store or customer services feel I have been let down badly will never do this again

Exactly the same as all the other poor people on here. What a shambles. Ordered 27th November and not had any parcels, sent emails and tried to call constantly on their customer care numbers. NO JOY. Absolutely disgusted with this company and will NEVER order from them again and will make sure all friends, family and colleagues at work know of how poor the customer services is. They are no better than petty criminals. Some of us who have saved up money and lost our jobs due to pandemic have bought presents with the little money they have 4 Christmas. They should be ashamed. Will try my bank tomorrow 4 a chargeback on my debit card and see if I get any joy that way. Fingers crossed they are more helpful.

Order placed 27th November, emailed them and no reply, customer service said will receive 5th December now getting message stating will. E delivered by 14th, what a surprise no delivery. I will never ever shop in boots again, can't even get a refund as shops will not deal with online orders!

Placed an order should have been received 9th December still not received I needed these items not happy. Have emailed Ceo no response tried phoning customer service can't get through. Will never order from Boots again appalling Service

Same as everyone else, ordered 3/12, have received conflicting emails. Money taken but no parcel. Emailed Boots last week and was told not to contact them until 72hrs after delivery date. Emailed again today, and surprise, surprise, no response. Absolutely shocking service from such a large company. Will take my business elsewhere in future.

I placed an order on Decemeber the 2nd but I have not received it. The website informed me not to contact them until Decemeber 14th due to a problem with Royal Mail. I did attempt to contact via email with no reply and no facility to track my parcel. I finally managed to speak to someone today ( after an hour) to be informed my parcel has been lost. All stock firms this item depletes today!!!! I will never order from here again!!!! I really wanted that item and could have bought it in the shop during the last two weeks but I reassured myself it was ok as I had ordered it online.. Boots took my money immediately after I placed the order on Decemeber the 2nd.

They advertise "free hearing test" During the initial consultation, they ask if you are going to buy their overpriced hearing aids, if you are going NHS, they avoid the propper 1hour hearing test.

I ordered items on 1st December but stil nothing has arrived I have sent four dais and called loads but nobody answers their phones just a recorded message saying they had an issue with Royal Mail delivering and that they're confident that all orders wil arrive by 14 th December.i will believe it when I see it.so frustrating and I wil never order fro them again I advised in my emai if they don't deliver then I want a refund but as I say they just ignore all ears and don't answer their phones either.what are customers east to do.its ridiculous.really bad customer care.

Joining the list of those with goods ordered & no delivery. Given a date for delivery & assurance will be delivered by or before due date but that has passed by over a week. Have emailed & completed their form for customer care but no reply. Customer care phone line constantly engaged.

Online order 29th Nov. Provided with tracking order that was none existent. Later given delivery date 5thdec.no show. Repeated calls to boots.no response. New email with delivery date today. No show.. 80pounds of goods ...i will never shop in boots again. Terrible support s ervice

What went wrong? Everything that could go wrong went wrong. Identified a cream I wanted, only available online. Ordered (and paid for) 03/12/2020 Received several eMails which contradicted each other eg: going to be delivered on 10th Dec’20. Same email, “Collected” Tracking the order, not possible. Boots only contact number “busy” call terminates automatically. Staff in local store say the parcel will be with Royal Mail. None of the Boots information provided has any meaning to Royal Mail. Hours of stress - not worth shopping with.

After receiving a gift soap set with soaps missing and six plus emails sent( no chance on phone just loud music) finally agreed to send replacement and guess what not arrived! Boots please admit you are struggling to fulfil increased order demand this year and don't blame others!

Absolutely disgraced by Boots, was told delivery date was the 8th december ,i ordered on the 30th November still nothing and online they are blaming on Royal mail saying they haven't been scanned the delay is with them , what a joke i have spent £156 on perfumes etc , i better get my products and soon 🤬

Ordered from Boots.com on black Friday , expected delivery date 5th Dec. Unable to get through to customer services , Track & Trace not updated. Emails sent to customers services to chase , no reply. Dreadful customer service will never order from Boots again .

Ordered goods 28th November told delivery was by 7th December latest. One parcel arrived today 9th and as the cheapest items in it. No idea about the other parcel with the most expensive bits in. Customer care lines constantly engaged or you get booted off whilst waiting. Virtual chat has useless robot telling me there's a problem at a royal mail distribution centre somewhere. That's right blame them without bothering to look into it. Virtual chat also says to phone customer care line which of course is always engaged. Royal mail says they were advised a parcel was being sent to them on 1st December but have nothing since. Postman confirmed this means they don't have it otherwise it would update on system that they've got the parcel and a reference to current location. So where is it then? If I don't hear or have it by tomorrow i shall ask paypal to intervene and claim my money back. That is, after I've told absolutely everyone on social media pages including their own. I see many people in same boat. Disgrace. Shame on you Boots for offering the world with sales and offer a but not checking if have the capacity to fulfil it. If you paid by PayPal then go for a claim if you don't get your items. If you paid by card, then go for a chargeback as us your right. Then spend your refund somewhere that deserves your custom.

Royal Mail tracking says awaiting to receive goods from Boots dispatched on Nov 28th. Boots has got expected delivery date 3rd December. Still no parcel! Emailed Customer care no reply. As others say Customer care numbers always busy. Wasted so much time on this. Boots have taken £152 out of my account with no sign of delivery. Very disappointed. Worst Company I have ever dealt with.
