the item was not delivered to Somersby, the old stables, court drive. Shenstone, Lichfield ws13 0jq. I had a mobile text to say item undelivered. Please deliver to Somersby address. thank you

Too few updates as to when delivery would be. Advised to use website tracker but this tells you nothing. Finally had to collect from courier depot, and found item was not boxed for shipping, but had simply been shipped in original box with a delivery sticker slapped on. Needless to say the original box arrived torn and dirty after spending a few days knocking about inside grubby courier vans - not good for an item purchased at over £100.

the delivery arrived damaged and really poorly packed. The item was sent in just a mailing bag and had tears all around as if the bag had been dragged across concrete floor etc, the internal product suffered major packaging damage. Service was ok otherwise just very poor packing by the seller and improper handling of the item by DPD as well resulted in this issue.

Ordering is no problem. Telephone answered promptly, queries dealt with expertly. Delivery was prompt. HOWEVER BOX LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN KICKED FROM HERE TO KINGDOM COME!! And an item was missing (32mb SD card). Here is where the problems started. AFTER SALES SERVICE IS DISGUSTING!! Ages before the telephone is answered & then nobody can help with your problem. 4 telephone calls I made, explaining about the missing item, & 4 times I was promised a return call after checks had been made. I am still waiting!!! As the item (JVC Camcorder) was required for a birthday present I had no option other than source the SD card from somewhere else (Amazon, delivered next day). So my final verdict? I can't really recommend them. Once they've had your money the good service stops. In future I will stick with Amazon.

BT sport app wont show live channels only recorded after 3 emails to gemini asking about issue or for jelly bean updates STill no reply after 2months very poor service Frank. Battery charge is not very good

I'm happy with the purchase, however there were issues with the collect+ delivery. I didn't receive a collection code and was refused the item on the first attempt at picking it up. Called your support number who advised to get the shop to call paypoint with the consignment number to allow releasing the item, which is not ideal. Chap on the phone said "it's all we can do" Also the parcel tracking link did not work and there is no support on your website for collect+ deliveries.

The problems were not really with Box themselves but rather with the delivery company that Box had chosen to use. I had selected the option to have the package delivered via collect+ to a local shop. The tracking link provided by box did not work and so I was forced to keep dropping into the shop to ask if the package had arrived. Once it had the shop could not release it as I had not received the required release code. I was forced to make a long (and probably expensive) call from my mobile to Box to get the package released and then the solution was that the shop was forced to make another long call to the delivery company. Now in mitigation I have to say that I am visiting from abroad, so some of the problems may be that Box/Collect+ are simply not set up to handle customers from abroad with a foreign credit card and a foreign mobile phone. But if that is the case then they should simply have not accepted my business. The product itself is in perfect working order and in fairness having used collect+ means I did not have to wait in all day for a delivery to arrive and I could choose the time that I collected it from the local shop.

I wasn't very happy with this product the numbers that show you how much water is in it came off within a week and the enamel is also coming off .It wasn't worth the money

Whilst its cost is good, you do get what you pay for.. Very basic keyboard and unusual slow to type numbers.. On my keyboard If you hit the zero 0 key twice it will only print up 0 once..

It would have been useful to know that the tablet I purchased could not stylus optimised. the result is that the product was of little use to me.

I had the item quick but it broke quite soon and there was no way to open it and repair it. nothing to say on the service. Item was of a poor quality

Tablet was faulty and had to be repaired. Repairs lasted 2 weeks before original fault returned. Returned again for replacement. Replacement was faulty with a different fault. Returned for credit and was told the tablet was not faulty. After requesting the tablet be tested again was eventually told I could have a credit. Had to ring up and chase the credit after 4 days waiting to get my money back. Overall, not impressed.
