The original delivery was missing the 'free' tablet sleeve, one was despatched reasonably quickly though. The item itself was classified as 'open box', usually this means a simple customer return or similar, in reality it was clear the tablet was well used due to scuff marks etc on the back, simply describing it as 'used' would have been more accurate. Generally the tablet works fine with no major issues after I applied a software update but it originally froze up every few minutes indicating a lack of testing on the part of Box.co.uk All in all I would not buy from Box.co.uk in future but if you're happy to accept the risk of a few issues they do seem to have fairly good prices even if their ebay descriptions are somewhat lacking.

I ordered a 1TB hard drive which took over a week to arrive. The price was stated as being heavily discounted. This was not the case. The same item is widely available at much lower prices. My fault I admit, but I don't appreciate being misled. The drive soon began to give me problems, and failed after 3 months. On contacting box i was told i had to contact western digital myself. Open an account, register the drive, run diagnostics, submit returns paperwork etc. Eventually got a replacement (refurb) from wd. Not a great experience, wont be using box again.

The Tablet is of very poor quality and works very slowly. I did contact Box later after I had received it for some guidance but they were not interested. Sorry but this experience has dampened my enthusiasm. The tablet was a gift but does not now belong to the person I gave it to.

Disappointed, the Ebay writeup implied the drive came with the software. I bought the drives and your support highlighted the fact I would need to organise the software from Kingston. I need another drive for another PC and will purchase from a supplier who offers the drive and the cloning software bundled.

I no longer have a paper record of this device but I only bought one Telefunken made item from Box. It was a tablet and it was DOA. There was no quibble about me returning it for a refund but the postage cost me £11. Considering Box sent out faulty goods I am not too pleased about the £11. Hence two stars.

The product arrived in the time offered but it was missing the voucher for a downloadable game that should have been included. I contacted Box to get them to send it out separately and, after navigating their very user unfriendly support interface, they sent it out to the same address. Unfortunately I had used Collect Plus for the delivery so it was delivered to a local store. Box, in their wisdom, sent out the voucher in a second delivery to the same shop but not through the Collect Plus system so the shop wasn't expecting it and I wasn't told when it was delivered. Fortunately the shop hadn't thrown it out by the time I realised and went to find it. I'm very unlikely to order anything else from Box.

Dear Customer, Firstly we would like to apologize for the inconvenience that was caused. The game card should have been sent directly to you instead of going to the store as a standard mail. Understandably if the game code was sent with your original order, you would not have needed to visit the store a second time to collect the unit. I bought a product on the information provided on the website (that it could print A3). Once I received it, it could only be used by installing the ink of course, but it was only once I had used it that it became apparent that the A3 printing function was only one sheet at a time, which was not suitable. I called and complained about the inadequate information on the website but was told nothing could be done and that the machine could not be returned as the ink had been installed. So, I have a printer I don't want - another reason not to buy from the internet.
