Delevry very good from dpd but when first ordering I paid 9.98 for next day delevery but after few phone calls and 3-4 days wasted of my holidays in house it eventually come

Not particularly impressed Ordered a video card that was meant to have a code for "The Division" with it which didn't come. Sent e-mails and no reply Can't find a customer service number and even the sales number don't work at the weekend!

I ordered a monitor, the model number was confirmed. The wrong model was delivered (very quickly). After an email query which wasn't responded to, and then a follow up phone call and a returns request I was asked to send it back in completely new packing material - 3-4 inches of bubble pack, then take it to a collection point. This was very inconvenient as I didn't have all those packing materials. When I queried whether they could send me appropriate packing materials they said that they couldn't do this. When I asked for compensation for the time lost and inconvenience I was told that this was not possible and this was in their terms and conditions. They refunded me rather than negotiate on this. A warning therefore that if they make a mistake you will have to pay for it.

The parcel arrived quickly and safely but the courier failed to knock or ring the doorbell and just stuffed a 'you weren't at home' card through the letterbox. It was only because I heard the letterbox and chased her out on to the driveway that the parcel got delivered at all.

Delivery was quick but packing was awful .my motherboard and cpu fan came with just plastic bag which can be damage expensive parts .They should use a box with bubble wrapping to make sure that computer parts safe and secure..

The PC I ordered was faulty on arrival which was a little disappointing to say the least. Taking into account seasonal delays over Christmas and New Year, the customer service was somewhat lacking. The first time I spoke to them the man who answered the phone was very rude and abrupt, he seemed quite angry that I hadnt noticed the returns link tucked away right at the bottom of the website home page. This coupled with the very slow processing once the computer was returned has led to the 2 star rating. On the bright side, 2 other people I spoke to at the firm were really friendly and helpful. Also important to note is that even though their terms seek to avoid refunding for faulty goods unless as a last resort they did provide a refund without arguement. I wiould be happy to order from them again, but if I do i will be a little cautious about which product I buy

Took a week to arrive. Ordered thurs arrived weds. For a 75 mile distance that's poor these days Would put me off using again

The front panel of the PC case does not click into place, and the front dust filter is also missing. Hope you can sort this out.

Eventually got the item, about 4 weeks late. Pre-ordered a mousepad (Razer Firefly), which should have of shipped in the 5th of August. 2 weeks later, I still hadn't got the product, so I phoned the customer hotline and was told that is was a problem with the supplier and was going to be delayed, but I should have apparently got the item by the 27th of August. Would have been nice of them to notify me that my mousepad was going to be delayed by phone or email. During the phone call, I was also told that later that day they were going to email me some free steam games for my inconvenience. I STILL HAVEN'T GOT THE STEAM GAMES. Not that I could play them without a decent gaming surface, but I digress. Finally on the 7th of September I got an email saying that the product had been dispatched and I got it next day. The service at Box has the potential to be 5*, as shipping is next day and the prices that they offer are competitive. But failures such as not maintain basic contact with the client (like telling them an item is going to arrive late. I understand that they have no control over the suppliers, but not notifying the customers is just poor business practice, and if I had been told about the delay then I'd have no problem waiting)... As well as this, if you're gonna offer people freebies for giving them a poor experience, at least actually give them the thing..

I had used the box previously but this time I paid for a 2 day delivery. It did not arrive so I called and the person I spoke to did not apologise or explain where my order was. I needed the order for saturday but then later got an email saying I wouldn't be getting it until Monday now. I called to cancel it and was told I would have to accept delivery and pay to return it. I have refused delivery and I am still waiting for a refund. Very disappointed. Can someone please refund my money.

My order was an MSI GE62 laptop Ok so on the positive side. +product was cheapest I found and included bag and headset +was processed quickly +support were helpful when I finally managed to speak to someone. But I had to email and request a call before that happened. Neutral "I can live with." Next day Saturday delivery was £20. The 1.6% credit card fee was not included in the advertised price. Unfortunately there a few unacceptable negatives. - product was dead on arrival because of a failed memory upgrade performed by box.co.uk -no customer service at all on Sunday's - I've had to re- install the ram myself or suffer a lengthy return to box.co.uk diagnosis and resolution process. Would hesitate to use again unless they were SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the competition.

Arrived with limited packaging, hence a broken screen. Returned it in person after negotiating fuel refund (so as to have it repaired before Christmas and to avoid repeat of the packaging issue - about which they seemed unconcerned, 'only affects 1 in a 1000'). The repaired laptop (I did request a total replacement due to the obvious trauma which the whole unit had evidently experienced) then had a glitch in that the hardware was not fully compatible with its software. On recovery from sleep mode, it requires a reboot after the wifi adapter has been uninstalled. The company acknowledged the issue, and also that it was remiss of them not to have been up front about it, but offered no resolution other than a full refund. Still, no doubt, the cheapest on the market.

paid for next day delivery we new it would not come Tuesday because we missed Monday dead line, did not arrive until Thursday 10 pounds of my money wasted could of got item from anywhere in 3 days

The monitor I received was definitely not brand new, the seal was broken and there were no protection film on the screen. Maybe this was a customer returned monitor, but they just can't states it's brand new on their website.

Ordered and payed extra for next day delivery. Got a dispatch email that day but tracking info didn't work... It turned out that the package hadn't left till after the new year bank holiday so I wouldn't receive my package to the following Monday, which was 5 days later. I understand there may be a backlog over Christmas/new year buy the next say delivery service shouldn't be available if they can't process orders fully that day. Even stuff ordered the same day posted using royal mail has arrived before it.

Bought new product in good faith, but when opened after arrival, clearly was not brand new. I assume the product had been bought by someone else, who probably returned it. The polystyrene inside protecting the printer was broke with parts of it missing, and the printer cartridges were loose in a bit of bubblewrap, with no protection over the print heads. The cartridges were scratched, and it was obvious that they were not brand new. After using the printer twice, had to clean the cartridges due to missing/fuzzy print. Made the mistake of reading reviews after buying. Was going to buy another 3 of these printers for my small business, but will not buy from Box again. Contemplating going to my mate at trading standards, as the product was clearly not brand new.

I ordered an item on 9th Dec, item had still not arrived by 16th. Contacted Customer Services who advised parcel was missing and an investigation would take 5 days. I advised that I would like a refund as I couldn`t wait any longer for an item which should have been delivered in 2 days. The call handler said that a refund would only be given after the investigation which is I accept. But I was told that if the item was delivered in that time frame I would have to return it at my own expense. I am happy to wait for a refund but I find it poor customer relations that a customer is expected to foot the bill for something that is not their fault. Disappointed.
