“I have requested a new therapist. Have not received one since I started. However I do have a provider for perscriptions. This is not the desired care I wanted. Tempted to go with another provider so that I can have a therapist to speak with and a provider. I don't think i'm asking for too much to see a different therapist.”

“It’s fine but I don’t like how the pricing is not easy to determine. I have no idea how much Brightside is costing me. I can’t believe it takes this long to find out how much insurance is covering and then to bill me. I am afraid to schedule another appointment with my provider because I don’t know how much that will cost.”
