“It’s fine but I don’t like how the pricing is not easy to determine. I have no idea how much Brightside is costing me. I can’t believe it takes this long to find out how much insurance is covering and then to bill me. I am afraid to schedule another appointment with my provider because I don’t know how much that will cost.”

They still charged me $70 even tho I let my therapist know an hour in advance (asap as it was a medical emergency). I got the refund about a week later but that made me feel so small and uncomfortable. I want to be a patient first, not a customer first.”
