“I do not feel like I had the right care and adequate help from both the physician and the therapist I found on here. Waste of time and money. The physician listened to me, but didnt try annd dig deeper when I expressed that my adhd is a big factor in how I am feeling as my perimenopause is present now. I refuse take what she prescribed me with Zoloft. I told her that I felt I needed adhd medicine to help me. She chose to not go down this path at all, even when I told her I had been evaluated before by a psychiatrist that showed ADHD. The therapist, Sloan (Tiffany) Carlson, was at home with barking dogs and a plumber in her home that took away from her full attention to our conversation. She was distracted and didn’t provide a calm and quiet space for speaking with me. I would like a refund for the therapist sessions.”
“So glad that I found quality care and someone who was able to provide help when I really needed it the most. I appreciate everything my doctor has done for me. Thank you!”
“5 stars all the way. I'm so much more relaxed in my own home. My therapist makes me feel validated and understands what I'm going through. I look forward to every visit. The meds are still being worked on, but I have nothing but positive things to say so far.”
“I was having a hard time finding psychiatry coverage in NY and Brightside to be a godsend. I have been seen twice and though I missed the personal approach from my prior provider, I was happy to have medication management. I was recently charged by Brightside for just under $200. When I enrolled, I was under the impression my insurance covered all care done via the app. Out of pocket psychiatry is not in my budget at this time especially as I am an insured person. Therefore, I am incredibly let down by Brightside and would not recommend.”
“0 of 5. No it is not working. I have been unable to contact my psychiatrist. The help desk is not returning my chats. This is a terrible way to provide car.e.”
“Absolutely amazing people but if you have serious issues or serious family issues they want you to see a different provider than them. It is kind of sad. My family is the issue and I am doing great with the medication in the first month alone. I really wish I could keep seeing them.”
“I really appreciate how convenient this service was. At this time it seems difficult for me to access care due to my work schedule and the availability of appointments at my Tricare clinic. I am hoping that Brightside will include Tricare as an insurance that they accept in the future as a benefit to military families. Currently I am paying out of pocket.”
“Brightside is somewhat impersonal. It feels like a HMO that has a really busy staff of rotating therapists. I have never able to get a regular appointment time each week.”
