“it’s a wonderful program! definitely helps those who don’t have the full accessibility of psychiatric help either momentarily or long term. the only big issue i have with brightside is the lack of proper notifications. i have to constantly check the web browser to see if i have a message to respond to, check-in, etc. email notifs (or maybe an app!) would solve this! :)”
