“It’s a wonderful and affordable platform to be able to obtain both psychological and psychiatric care. They do not accept my insurance unfortunately and I have found another platform that does. The app is a bit “glitchy” and can be frustrating to use.”
“The providers are excellent. The billing is some of the worst I have come across. I do not receive notifications when they are going to debit my account, it just comes out. I shuffle money through different accounts and it would be nice to just collect the copay at time of services. I just had a debit taken for services on 5/28?!?!?! That was close to 2 months ago. While the service is a great idea, the billing portion is a joke. I am ending my relationship and stopping therapy because of this.”
