“I love the convenience of using Brightside and that therapy and psychiatry are available within the same app so all of my mental health needs are all in one place. I do not like the lack of standing appointments and the inability to make multiple appointments at a time. Every week I find myself searching for available appointments with my therapist and sometimes have to wait weeks to get an appointment with her even when scheduling immediately after our session is finished. You should be able to make either a standing appointment or at least book appointments for a few weeks at a time if you wish, in addition to the option to schedule as you go!”

“It’s nothing too serious it’s just every time I remember something from my past get all sad about it like my dad, or a girl I used to like that got away just, it brings up all bad memories and I’m not take care of it. Problem is all these issues happen all time ago and I don’t know how to get over them. I don’t wanna talk to my dad because I hate him. And the girl I used to like I want to feel but I know it shouldn’t. It’s complicated between like different beliefs but it’s just hard to explain. That’s all I say it’s not too serious.”
