“I'm on the medication plan so I get unlimited messages to/from my doctor but it sometimes takes multiple business days for them to get back to me. And with every refill, they have to give approval to my pharmacy which causes delays and I end up not getting a refill in time, causing me to miss days. Overall: Convenient but overpriced for the slow responses I receive.”
“I appreciate the lessons and being able to message my providers at any time. My providers have been understanding and helpful and I'm hopeful that my conditions will improve.”
“Brightside has changed my perspective (positively) of receiving help to better myself. The tools they provide including the check-ins and lessons is very helpful and complementary to the journey to getting better.”
“Very disappointed I chose your company because you accepted my insurance. In addition I requested itemized bills which you said were sent but I never received.

“I have met with 2 Brightside providers, and each was helpful and careful about my symptoms and medications.
Brightside’s website and email communication have been easy to use and well-focused on care.”
“It's ok but I don't feel like I can depend on it for long term care because my providers keep changing when I don't want them to, and I have few options to change providers when I *do* want to.”
“difficult to find a mutually convenient appointment time slot for the first consultation. not enough options for providers. medication isn’t working. nothing can be resolved over messages so you incur a copay for every meeting.”
