“Brandie Smalley has helped me tremendously with my anxiety and for that I am so grateful. However communication is very poor. If I leave a message I do not get a response in a reasonable amount of time. Also, when I try to make an appointment for a follow up there are only 2 options to choose from as to why I am requesting a follow up appointment and both indicate that I am having an issue with my medication. There should be a third option to choose that states that I am not having any problem I just need a follow up appointment. Please change this! It’s so confusing!”

“Very Poor. The app was broken for me all month and it was impossible to contact my provider. When an issue with my prescription refill came up, it took 2 days for support to just say ok now you can access your provider messaging and then the provider just said to make an appointment next week. My prescription ran out today and this is beyond awful that I would have to wait a week to get more meds. This has been an awful experience and I am not going back”
