“While it was easy to schedule my initially appointment, it was difficult to schedule subsequent appointments with the providers I wanted. I am not a fan of Brightside's tech platform. I chose Brightside be ause it was supposed to be no cost with my insurance yet it still cost me $38. If I have to pay then I am going to use another system.”

It was helpful for me to start therapy where I felt the most comfortable, and at that time it was in my own home.
