“Brightside makes mental health services very accessible. I love the tools used to keep track of progress and how easy it is to connect and check-in with provider.”
“There are improvements to be made with your questions - too black and white, not enough options so you feel dishonest with any answer. Also, to very distinctly identify if question is anxiety or depression. I have received questionnaires that were why too general and I did not know how to answer. That, i think, could end up being one of the biggest detriments re: competition”
“Getting into see a psychiatrist for medication management is so unbelievably difficult, but with Brightside I was talking with my provider within a day and received my medicine within just a few days. The consistent follow-ups make me feel like my treatment is in very attentive and capable hands and adjustments have been quick and easy. I am lucky to have my Brightside psychiatrist managing my medications while I continue to work with my behavioral health therapist for my PTSD, depression, and anxiety.”
“Very easy to start seeing somebody. Virtual is how I will go in the future. It was 18 months ago when my PCP and I decided I should change meds, but I couldn't get in to see anyone. I saw an Psychiatrist within 1 week of signing up. Also, the price is less than what I would pay at a clinic WITH insurance. 5/5 Great job!”
“I love that the appointments usually last around 15 minutes and you can meet virtually, so you can feel comfortable talking to your doctor in the familiar environment of your home. I've been working with mine for 12 weeks and I can honestly say this is the most balanced I've felt in years. My doctor is compassionate and listens to my every concern. This is my third time trying antidepressants and I'm so glad I chose Brightside 😊”
“Brightside has been a great affordable service to me. It also makes having appointments far easier to have as a parent who always has at minimum one child with her at all times - which makes mental health appointments in an office basically impossible. Telehealth makes it easy to just get to a secluded place to talk for a little while in my own home.”
