4 stars- the first two counseling sessions there were technical difficulties which interrupted things a bit. I also don't love that I cannot schedule psychiatry out a month.

Mostly very good care and attention. It’s a little challenging to get regular appointments with therapists,I wish there was an automatic scheduling process (ie you could opt to sign up for a weekly or twice monthly regular time slot, etc). Also it’s awkward to move easily back and forth in the question/response exercises. If you want to repeat a lesson or go back and change something you’ve written, it’s difficult or impossible. Unless I’m misunderstanding the instructions…. Otherwise, very positive experience so far.

Overall I’m pretty happy with Brightside. I like both my provider and my therapist, and consider them to be quite competent. A number of ongoing technical issues when meeting with my therapist which can be frustrating. Customer service is a bit lacking. And the app needs work.

I do not see where I can schedule another session with the provider I previously saw. In the app I can only schedule an initial visit?

It's nice to be able to talk on my time when I can be in the privacy of my own home.

It has taken me awhile to learn how to use Brightside, I think there should be a better tutorial, but it's a great resources once you do.

As I told Myra I have alot of health issues, I think that is overshadowing my mood & the medication. .I will continue to follow Myra's directions.

The providers are good. However the user interface and email/text messaging seem to be out of sync. I receive messages that there is something for me to complete online, but when I go to the website I cannot find it. And in general, the site is difficult to navigate. Maybe it is better on the app, but I do not have an Apple device.

Little by little I feel like I am improving. Still not totally dialed in but I have noticed improvement. My episodes seem to have decreased and not lasting as long.

Brightside is definitely helping. They offer an approach and techniques I have not encountered before. My therapist is excellent. My psych doc is fabulous. I would only have one critique: considering those who use this treatment are likely not in the best state of mind at the start, some understanding and grace would be preferred as far as completing lessons, practices, and appointments.

I feel pretty good, I lost my job though because of poor attendance and I'm having to sell my car to help my parents out since I'll be moving in with them until I get back on my feet. The amount of bills I have really put me in between a rock and hard place but I'm looking forward to change

I am doing great. I see improvements in myself and I’m making progress. I enjoy talking to my therapist and I have made adjustments to fit the best medication with my psychiatrist. There is much progress to do but I feel great! 😊 Brightside has been an absolute blessing and I love that I can see my therapist in the comfort of my home. 🫶🏻

I appreciate the accessibility to mental health as it is very difficult to find, and especially affordably.

The care I've been getting has been great; I do feel an improvement of my mental health. The only complain I have is that my caretaker does not respond to my messages to her, not even to say that its a question that requires an appointment.

I've considered changing to a local more and more accessible Specialist.

I’m struggling with the shortness of the Psychiatric sessions. I’m still very much trying to get my meds right and feel as if there has been very little back and forth. My first session was cut short and than she left the company and I was assigned another med-supervisor. We touched base and that was it. I’m sure I’ll feel more favorably toward Brightsdie when I start feeling more favorably myself.

I'm very glad they were available when I really needed them. Although I'm fairly sure the cost is affordable compared to in-person therapy, I find it is an expense I can't afford each month to have weekly therapy.
