On the administrative side, it's still not clear the cost to me and if insurance will cover it. Maybe there is a delay in processing but I hope for timely updates, so I don't have several months of fees if insurance doesn't help.”
“I love the app and content within the app. However, there are several bugs I have noticed. Please don’t take this personally as I am a QA Engineer. Most of the bugs I’ve experienced are central around navigation within a lesson.”
“It was working well until my therapist was changed without explanation and this past wk I waited for my therapy session to began for over 20 minutes but the therapist never joined. I’ve received emails about booking but the all of her dates are grayed out.”
“It is alright, the medication is helping. Not sure that the therapy is doing much or the video lessons. It helps a little, but not as much as I hoped. I miss my previous therapist. I also don't like that they are charging me double the copay they said they would.”
“I wouldn't call it depression it's more anxiety and panic attacks I haven't found a medication that works yet. I'm needing something for a quick relief of my panic attacks stop then before they get to the point I'm panicking”
