“I have met with one provider two times. I appreciated his listening and empathy and recommendation. After our second call I tried to connect to update him and was not hearing back. I was able to talk with someone who was able to connect with me with a different provider in order to keep the discussion going. I really appreciate the responsiveness and the understanding of the need for support.

On the administrative side, it's still not clear the cost to me and if insurance will cover it. Maybe there is a delay in processing but I hope for timely updates, so I don't have several months of fees if insurance doesn't help.”
“I love the app and content within the app. However, there are several bugs I have noticed. Please don’t take this personally as I am a QA Engineer. Most of the bugs I’ve experienced are central around navigation within a lesson.”
“It was working well until my therapist was changed without explanation and this past wk I waited for my therapy session to began for over 20 minutes but the therapist never joined. I’ve received emails about booking but the all of her dates are grayed out.”
“It is alright, the medication is helping. Not sure that the therapy is doing much or the video lessons. It helps a little, but not as much as I hoped. I miss my previous therapist. I also don't like that they are charging me double the copay they said they would.”
