I switched to bulb, reason to use renewable energy. I felt compelled to do my part in helping with climate change, Are also cost effective.

Hi Kadir, Thanks for leaving us a review. We have had to increase our prices, as the cost of supplying energy has increased significantly. Wholesale costs have increased by 29% since March. Unfortunately, as the cost to supply energy has continued to rise, we need to increase our prices to reflect this. As an energy provider I have no complaints except it’s almost impossible to have a conversation with you. I would like a smart meter installed and have been trying to contact you now for over a month.o

Really helpful staff. Change over went extremely smoothly. The only slight downside I have is that not long after joining they said my rates were going to rise, but this may have been unfortunate timing. Overall a good company with great staff.

So far, So good.Only just joined and smart meter fitted. Good price. They been in contact, to see if everything is ok.

So far so good. App works well and got my £50 referral money with no fuss. Seem a good company and had no issues moving over. Like the idea of having only one tariff as it means I know I’m on the best tariff they have. If these didn’t work out I was going to try Octopus energy but currently can’t see why I would move again.

It would've been 5* had Bulb actually returned a response to my last email. Despite this, I've no other issues with the service Bulb have given.
