New customer only a few months ago. But so far so good. I hope Bulb remain competitive on pricing.

Since changing to Bulb we have been able to control our energy better. Now we the smart meter installed. Didn’t realise that we would still have to send manual readings though. The electricity meter isn’t easy to read.

Bulb Do not use the actual meter readings provided to them. Over estimated readings and overcharged me on starting and leaving. Only with them for 2 months and they used there own estimates on first and final bills. They claim they use the same readings as previous and new providers. They dont. I have all the evidence.

Easy switch. All-green energy. Great website with a lot of info. Would have got 5 stars if they hadn't raised my bill by 6% one month after I arrived... :-(

I changed to Bulb due to rising costs from my last supplier as they were far more competitive. However, Bulb's prices have now risen to as high as those of my previous supplier, so not too happy about that. If the prices do not go down again soon, then I shall likely be changing my supplier again...

Good comms and seem to have good eco credentials. Unfortunately their prices have gone up twice in the short time we've been with them but I understand this is a national issue so just bad timing.

The service was easy to set up. The ability to use smart meters allows you to see exactly how much energy you are using. The claim that the electricity is generated from renewable sources and the gas is carbon neutral, makes you feel that both you and your supplier are being environmentally conscious.

Can’t say much only been with them a few months, tarries just gone up, hopefully it won’t make much difference but all suppliers will have put theirs up too, I feel you should ask for reviews further along the line, up to now no problem got the £50 credit for swapping so that should offset the rise fingers crossed no problems as yet
