Switched to Bulb as the previous occupiers used them for their property. Although Bulb's rates are much lower than our previous supplier, this is not reflected in our bills because the previous occupier used a lot of energy compared to us. We have to pay a large amount each month based on this usage which has built up a huge amount of credit on our account. This is frustrating as Bulb really does have great rates! Other than that, the app is easy to use, and Bulb keep us updated with regular emails and letters.

I find bulb very efficient inded the only thing is they are always wanting reading like everybody else I guess

I would recommend Bulb the switch went seamlessly and I just submit my meter readings monthly

Communication from Bulb is very good. my monthly bill is forwarded to me very promptly. Letting me budget very easily. I'm glad of my credit but this has come over the period of two increases in my bill which I hope will reduce during the summer and hence balance out compared to my higher priced, but fixed rate with British Gas.

Usually available and helpful if you need to contact them. If you don't have a smart meter, they send you a reminder to send in your usage. Not happy about the price rise but it seems they are all increasing their prices.
