Seems very good customer service. Slightly disappointing to receive a price increase within a couple of months of joining bulb. But seems very efficient so far.

Re-joined Bulb after an acrimonious spell with another supplier. Bulb have one tariff for gas and one tariff for electricity. Readings are simple to input once a month or they will supply a smart meter. I would have awarded five stars other than the fact that that there have been two price hikes since I re-joined in March Maybe not the most competitive but certainly easy to deal with - and thats what really matters

I've inherited Bulb from the previous occupants so am unable to make a detailed review but from what little IO've experienced so far I am satisfied with the service

Seamless transition over to bulb. Very user friendly app. Prices have increased twice in a very short space of time but understand this is a market issue
