Straight forward to set up, keep you informed of payments and remind you to send meter readings to make sure payments are kept in line with usage. One of the cheaper suppliers

It would be really good if you text when I get down to about £1.00 credit so I know I need to top up as I have ran out of electricity and didn’t realise

smart prepayment is very easy to use and the app to top up is very simple. Only down sides I can think of is the app can be slow to update meter readings, they never seem to show real time balances and unlike other companies they do not provide you with a plug in smart Digital display to show your balance and usage in the home.

Hi Gary, Thanks for leaving us a review. I'm glad to hear that you've had a good experience with our Smart Pay As You Go tariff. We do provide IHD (In-Home Display) units for new smart installations, but we aren't currently able to provide these to members who had their smart meters installed by other suppliers, as they should have provided you with one themselves. We are looking in the future to be able to provide members who don't have IHDs with these units, so we appreciate your patience in the meantime. All the best, Lou

So far so good... Seems to be cheaper than British Gas. Easy app to navigate. Easy to input meter readings.

Changed to Bulb this year, all seems good so far, usage has been heavier than the past due to the cold Spring weather and an ageing carcass which does not enjoy the chill factor, but charges still appear reasonable, so hopefully it will be 5 stars with some further experience..

Efficient and available with reminders for meter readings... not easy to talk to someone ( and I hate the bott) but if you need to speak you can do that online... whilst not the most competitive it’s not the most expensive.... go for the cheapest provider at your peril , I did then it went bust and I had a difficult time sorting my own provider out... Bulb was very easy to set up and the switch went smoothly
