“Poor at resolving issues. You get passed from pillar to post. They have grown too big too quickly and they have lost their customer focus. I am disgusted.”

“Really helpful staff. Change over went extremely smoothly. The only slight downside I have is that not long after joining they said my rates were going to rise, but this may have been unfortunate timing. Overall a good company with great staff.”
