I have been trying to get a smart meter installation for over 6 months now, the service I get from your team is absolutely shocking and extremely poor 0/5. Even the response from the emails is really bad. I have tried both emails and phone. Now I just gave up.

I have only had good vibes from bulb. Ever since my first connection with bulb I have gone nowhere. I hope everyone who connects with bulb has the same love affair.

I gave bulb 5 before I joined them I am in a terrible state with my previous supplier with bulb I have a warm home from bulb is 24/7than thank you.

Depending on which type of smart meter you have, we may not be able to communicate with this remotely just yet. This is the case for some first generation (SMETS1) smart meters. I was pleased to be changing to Bulb, as they appeared to offer a better deal than my long-standing provider. Sadly that lasted about a week before they hiked prices just after I’d switched. So basically it was a waste of time.

Watch Bulb for: Inflated estimates and direct debits based on made-up numbers; ignored emails or nonsensical replies; direct debits changed without consultation. At first asked for low level direct debit but soon tried for 200% increase.

Have been with bulb for 5 years or so, no problems till we moved house on feb 22nd . Informed bulb there was a card meter in new address and we would like it changing to a credit. Bulb told me it would take a few weeks to complete and gave me a date in mid April saying that the meter would be changed alas we are still waiting .Last week they informed us that we would have to arrange the meter change with British Gas. Not happy .

Really reliable and easy to use with the app. You can be in control of your payments without losing money to a big faceless corporate company. It is also such a relief to know my energy usage isn't harming the planet.

I couldn't be happier with bulb. They handled all aspects of my switch brilliantly and I'm paying £40 a month less for my gas and living on a pension it's made such a difference. The £50 referral credit was the cherry on the cake!
