Absolutely hopeless start. Signed up for myself and my Father, who has Alzheimers, to save him a bit of money. Received communication within days that the rates we had just signed up to had been increased wiping out our 'saving' (so what exactly was the point of spending 3 hours researching and leaving my previous supplier to get Bulb's published rates as the Government wishes us 'Customers' to do by 'shopping around' every year? They must have known this increase was about to happen but signed us up without saying. Customer Services then rang to see if I was 'happy'. When I told them exactly why I was not they just did nothing except for continuing to chase me at weekends when I'm relaxing after a week at work to have a new meter installed. A shambles really.

Originally switched to bulb about a year ago. At the time they were cheaper than our other energy supplier but increased their prices when other suppliers were reducing so no longer good value for money. Although on top of this, I would not recommend them because I got a very annoying sales call where he acted like they were already the supplier for our new home and that I just needed to provide the new address details so they could get everything updated. He was very presumptive and hung-up immediately when I said I'd prefer to wait until we moved in and compare the market. Had he just asked to have a call when we moved in and say they'll beat or match the price of the other energy supplier it might've been a worthwhile call... Would not recommend.

Bulb have been our energy provider over the past few years. They are competitively priced, offer good customer service and I’m happy about their commitment to green energy. I would strongly recommend them!

Very good in beginning, monthly payments now very high. Have phoned to try and get to bottom of why this is, they just cut off only emergencies they r dealing with due to covid.

I will be leaving this company before these I used to get my warm home grant now they say I'm not entitled.so for me I dont recommend.i will be returning to eon they are a very good company

Have been with Bulb for a couple of years and had been happy with them, until we moved to a house with pre-pay meters installed. We've been eight months trying to get Bulb to replace them with normal credit meters but the process feels like an epic version of waiting on hold with the sneaking suspicion that everyone's gone home for the weekend. Clearly they're in no hurry to change us over as they get more money from us with prepayment meters.

Apart from the rates being very competitive I find the online account is very clear and easy to use.Switching either to it from Bulb is also very easy.

Easy to use, pretty website. The chat option on the website is easy to use and a very quick way to get help and advice. Excellent customer service and feedback compared to other energy suppliers. All the electricity they supply is renewable and they tell you where is comes from. They seem to care about the environment.

I left British Gas after 46 years and I am so glad I did. Communication from Bulb is transparent, meaningful and informative. I get prompted to send a meter reading and the balance is always available on the app. So so so glad I switched. If you are thinking of it don't hesitate. And!!! I get green energy too!!! Thank you Bulb

We love bulb. Left for awhile and went with bigger supplier. But soon quickly returned. Great service and you feel like a person not a source of income. Looking forward to our smart meter installation.
