I am now using Bulb as my Electricity supplier for a new home, having enjoyed a very good experience with their service at my previous house. I have always found them to be punctual in their attendance on any issue and clear and concise in their accounting. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and conscientious Supplier.

When j first joined I was looking forward to lower monthly payments for both gas and electricity. But unfortunately didn't last long my previous supplier octopus was cheaper

Three weeks to respond to an email is shocking. Not just once by three weeks per stage in the chain. Telephone number closed unless emergency. Online chat never has any agents answering. Good when working shockingly bad service if you need to do anything

Hi there, our phone lines are open weekdays between 9am to 5pm and for emergencies out of hours and over weekends. If there is an emergency you can still call in and someone will be able to help you. We do also run the online chat service in the same weekday hours as above if you need to speak to a member of our team. Delighted with Bulb, from the moment of first-contact about changing my energy supplier. They have a very helpful team and have kept me informed at every stage of the process.

Hiked prices up as soon as I joined. Daily and hourly usage graphs don't appear. Online Chat button does nothing. I'm pretty disappointed.

Very disappointed that within 2 days of switching to Bulb they emailed to say there was an increase of 34p a day so approximately £10 a month. I believe they were very underhanded giving low prices to reel customers in .

Increased the prices the first month of joining. I’m spending more on electric a day than I ever have. Should have searched more suppliers before changing and I will not be staying with them.
