“I recently queried with Bulb the amount of credit they were holding against my account and yet they wanted to increase my monthly payment. I received a prompt and detailed reply giving me several options. This helped considerably and in reply I made a couple of suggestions on how they might help customers with future bills. I can't fault Bulb and wish all their staff well in these difficult times.”

“I was so pleased when I moved to Bulb. Their Customer Services are great. I put in a reading each month which is acknowledged and they keep my payments updated as necessary. A great service overall. Very sad they will no longer be.”
