“Was pleasantly surprised with Bulb when I moved home a few weeks ago. Excellent communication with a real can do attitude to sorted any issues out.”

“I became a Bulb customer, because of their commitment to green energy. They've kept me abreast of all current and relevant updates, reminders and bill payments. I found an energy supplier that I've been happy with over the years and am very sad that they will no longer be in operation. I can only hope that once acquired, Octopus can match the same level of customer service as Bulb.”

“Great company, very impressed with customer service and app. I had built up too much credit and by using the app chat, £400 was in my bank account within an hour. Also great to be able to monitor my daily usage on the app. Well done Bulb / Octopus”

“Been with Bulb since October this year. Love the app, so straightforward. A big bonus is being able to quickly connect to a human being, and receiving prompt replies. This is so refreshing and welcome after experiencing the opposite with another supplier for a number of years.”

“I’ve always found Bulb excellent. They’re communication with me, such as updates on usage, direct debit, providing a meter reading etc. getting in contact by email was also superbly efficient and answered very quickly, with my query sorted out quickly. I hope the move to Octopus is equally as good from a customer facing point of view”

“Whenever I have had to deal with the staff at Bulb, they have always been very professional and helpful. I was a bit short one month and had over £400 in credit, so I asked for some of that back to get me through the month, and the money was in my bank withing a couple of days. Very impressed with the service.”
