I had a difficult time with my previous energy company. I had moved to a new home, and they had the energy scheme here. I switched to Bulb as I approved of their green philosophy. As a bonus, I found the customer service to be above and beyond. The agent was very helpful walking me through the step of figuring out the meter, and how to take the readings. The tariff was less than I was paying. I have been with them for4 months now, and they have been splendid.

So glad I switched to Bulb and wish I’d done it sooner than remain as long as I did with my previous energy supplier! I would definitely recommend.

Awful. They are charging me about £100 electric (no gas) for a tiny one bedroom flat. They can't give me a smart meter, despite pestering me for months, as I'm on economy 7. I raised a complaint about a month ago with no response other than a feedback survey. Just dire.

I moved to bulb at beginning of March unfortunately 16 days after it all went through they informed me there prices was going up the gas is brilliant the electric is a absolute joke

Wholesale prices have increased to their highest levels since 2018 due to demand post-lockdown, which is why a typical member will now see a slight increase in their billing, paying £1.33 more for their energy a week. Acceptable costs, and my accounts are easy to understand and manage. Comprehensive information on the amount of energy I am using. Friendly prompts and reminders to submit my meter readings!

Bulb offered a competitive tariff for my home dual-fuel requirements. Their customer service seems good so far and am prompted in good time to submit monthly meter readings. I am confident they will continue to be a good utility supplier.

Switching to bulb was very easy, service and communication have been good. It was however disappointing the prices were increased within weeks of switching to bulb.

I used bulb in the past to supply my energy and found them to be really competitively priced and easy to use with regards to supplying meter readings and understanding how much energy I use. Following a house move I found myself with a company that was far more expensive so I switched back to bulb and my bills have already significantly reduced after just a couple of months, I will definitely be staying with them for the time being
