Happy to have greener energy but not really cheaper as promised. Had one price increase before I even began supply and another a month later. I know prices have gone up but really, don't sell something as cheaper than competitors when it's not. I'll stay with bulb for now anyway as its so much hassle to change.

Simplest transfer to a new provider I have had. Also a great app to keep track on usage and upload meter readings. All in all a great provider and with a good policy on renewable energy.

Hi there, Thanks for leaving us a review. We’re sorry to put prices up for the second time this year, especially at a time that we know is difficult for lots of our members. Wholesale prices have surged to their highest levels since 2018 due to post-lockdown demand, which is why a typical member will now see a slight increase in their billing, paying £1.33 more for their energy a week. Hi there, Thanks for leaving us a review. I'm sorry for the unfortunate timing of this price change for you. We don’t like increasing our prices, but because our tariff is low to reflect the true cost of energy, we have to change our prices when wholesale energy costs increase. After these changes, a typical member will pay £1.33 more for their energy a week. Great service one rate no default rate at the end of your contract just catty on at a great rate. If that doesn't change nor will I.

Good customer service, phone app and smart meter. Price too expensive now and it's not just because of increases at a national level as they have increased daily rate and standing charge

The move over to bulb was easy with no problems at all. There have been price increases since joining but still cheaper than my old supplier (but now only just rather than much cheaper). Have no complaints at the moment - will see how prices go in future.

Wholesale costs are up by 29% since March, when we last changed our prices.
