Very pleased with the tarfiff when I initially transferred to Bulb when I lived in London several years ago and was sad when I thought we would have to leave after moving recently to the New Forest. Very pleased to find out I could also have my account here too! Customer interaction is very proactive and the ability to submit readings oneself helps to keep your account up to date and not paying for energy that you have yet to use.

I’ve been in my property for 6 months and am still paying the monthly amount from my predecessors. I have found it very hard to get through on the phone and got no response from email. Today I got through and the CS assistant said he would reduce my payment. I have no confirmation of this, so will still have to check and possibly chase it up. In short a very difficult company to deal with. The CS assistant was polite.

Pain in the rear, been with them what 2 months and already had 2 price rises. Usual energy company rubbish "only pay £79 a month" blah blah blah then all of a sudden i owe them even more money...not great

Hi there, Thanks for leaving us a review. Since we last announced a price rise in March 2021, wholesale costs have been on the rise. They're now 31% higher than they were in September. This means the cost of supplying energy to our members has increased. Because our tariff reflects this true cost of energy, we do unfortunately have to pass these increases on to our members. Hi there, Thanks for leaving us a review. We’ve had to increase our prices because the cost of supplying energy has increased significantly. Wholesale costs are up by 29% since March, when we last changed our prices. A typical member will now see a slight increase in their billing, paying £1.33 more for their energy a week. Amazing experience with this company, exceptional prices and rewards for introducing others to them. Emails sent to keep customers informed of any updates and reminders of payment dates, and outstanding customer service.

Bulb is amazing. Great communication, fantastic prices and hassle free. Switched over from other provider and much easier to understand bills. (Just one). Recommend to friends and they are so pleased they switched to Bulb.

Been waiting for over a year for a replacement meter that does not work properly or have any display.Emailed so many times, I have given up.We have no idea what we have spent.
