“I ordered a large number of books from this company and never received them. It was very difficult to speak to anyone in customer service, with little to NO follow-up. I also still haven't received my refund for the books that I never received. It was very frustrating because I had a large function that I needed these books for.”

“I was quite surprised that the online order asked me if I wanted my order delivered on the 21st or 22nd. I marked the 21st. I just got an email stating that my order would be delivered the 26th. Since the event was scheduled for the 23rd it didn't work for us.”

Hi Lori, Thank you for posting your review. Very sorry to hear that the books will not make it in time for your event. The calendar at checkout defaults to 7 business days from the day of your order so that customers cannot select anything prior to that date, as it may require expedited shipping. In your case, unfortunately, the publisher shipped the books to our warehouse first, rather than directly to you. We got them shipped back out, but you should have been contacted before so we could double-check your delivery date. I'm very sorry that this did not happen. If the books can no longer be used, please let me know and we will provide return shipping labels and issue a full refund once received.
