“Great customer service!! I thought I was going to have to do a rush order and Bulk Books was very responsive in pointing me in the right direction to make this happen as quickly as possible. I didn't end up needing a rush but I appreciate knowing that they are quick to respond and the follow-up was fantastic.”

“Bulkbooks sent me a different product than what was pictured on their website, refused to send me the correct product, and refused to give me a refund. Amazon is cheaper and has better customer service.”

“My first order (Ruby Holler) was canceled. My next order (Henry Huggins) was also canceled. However, a package of Henry Huggins IN SPANISH arrived!! This was frustrating. Absolutely waste of my time.”
