“The books came as expected. I asked multiple times by phone and email for a complete invoice/receipt showing payment made and by what method. It never came. I could only ever get the order confirmation and this is not acceptable with my business department.”

“The selection, quality, and cost of the books were excellent. The website with respect to shipping and delivery times is misleading, at best. When I called to inquire about my order, I was told something entirely different. Fortunately, the last shipment arrived two days before my event. I finally received an email confirming my order AND another email confirming shipment nearly a month after my event.”

“We can be a bit difficult to work with - considering our tax-exempt status, special requests for delivery and relatively short timeline. BulkBooks was easy to work with and very quick. We have the books more than a month prior to our event.”

“Easy to complete online order as a guest. Was so pleased that a staff member called me to explain the book ordered shipped from the printer not your company. Delivery date was out of BulkBooks control. The books were delivered June 2 and the prompt shipment is greatly appreciated. Thank you for excellent customer service.”
