Really terrific customer support! I had an email back within hours getting me an even better price on 60 books for classroom gifts. Book order came quickly too. Absolutely a pleasure doing business with this company!

Bulk fooks have most of what I need, and what they don't have they will try to find it. I purchase for a Master's class and the discounts are usually lower compared to most vendors.

Our instructor found the books that she needed easily, we got the necessary paperwork for our district completed quickly and the order was placed. We are waiting for deliver next week. So far it has been a quick and easy process.

I ordered two sets of books in August for my classroom. The first set, a title in English, arrived quickly and with no problems. The second set, however, still has not arrived and it is nearly November. I have reached out several times to Bulk Books, but have still not received my books. They are telling me that my order has been lost, that it can't be corrected, and that a different title will now have to be chosen. When I call and leave messages, I get no reply from the company. Furthermore, I still have not been given a list of possible substitute titles that I could choose from in order to correct the mistake they have made. I am so frustrated and disappointed. I definitely do NOT recommend ordering from them, as they are not reliable.

I ordered two sets of books at the same time and received an email saying they were being shipped. When I received the order there was only one of the two orders in the box. After an email, I was shipped the second order separately

Delivery was late. I talked to at least 2 different people to find out when it would be delivered. Our order fell through the cracks again and again. The books will not arrive in time for our program launch. Finally, I spoke to one person who did address our order and expedite shipping so that it would only be 2 weeks late in stead of more. I appreciate how that person handled the difficult situation, but I'm leery to order from you again.

Haven't received yet (3 weeks after order). Two interactions due to delay--felt like excuses were provided. E-mail and woman I spoke with very nice, but not confident in whether or not I was/am going to get my books.

The tracking number provided doesn't work. There have been no updates other than to let us know that the books were shipped. We are hoping for the best.

I had some issues with the check-out process because they were transitioning to a new system. The folks at customer service were helpful in making sure everything got taken care of and sent out in time for my event.
