“I was not notified that my payment did not go through until I followed up on my own because it was WELL past the time when the books were supposed to arrive. Janessa was very helpful from that point on and the books arrived on time, but I should have been notified so I could have rectified the situation in a more timely manner. Also, the web catalog was not very clearly written and worded -- I was not expecting all board books -- they were not clearly delineated as such in the catalog. The books did arrive in time for our event, for which I am very thankful. A big thanks to Janessa for her help. However, I won't be using your company again.”

“Bulk Books the easiest way to purchase books for my whole Amazon team. I was able to purchase the exact number I need (not in counts of 5 or 10) and they shipped quickly and arrived ahead of schedule. I also appreciated that there was not a ton of waste with the shipping, as they came in one conveniently sized box!”

“I did not receive an update for a week with the tracking information until I contacted customer service. Upon calling, I learned that my order was NEVER processed and the books were not available/in stock until the day I called. The call agent helped to take care of the order and I had asked for a manager to call me back with an update. I didn’t receive a call, but I did receive an email of the order update. I would have given 1 star but I did receive my order within 4 days so I give my experience 2 stars.”
