“the customer service team was really helpful. Wendee Lapating helped me get the order completed when the site didn't seem to be working properly. she also verified that the package would be able to arrive in time prior to placing the order which was really important. and bonus! the package came earlier than expected.”

“I was not notified that my payment did not go through until I followed up on my own because it was WELL past the time when the books were supposed to arrive. Janessa was very helpful from that point on and the books arrived on time, but I should have been notified so I could have rectified the situation in a more timely manner. Also, the web catalog was not very clearly written and worded -- I was not expecting all board books -- they were not clearly delineated as such in the catalog. The books did arrive in time for our event, for which I am very thankful. A big thanks to Janessa for her help. However, I won't be using your company again.”

I was able to purchase the exact number I need (not in counts of 5 or 10) and they shipped quickly and arrived ahead of schedule.
