“I did not receive an update for a week with the tracking information until I contacted customer service. Upon calling, I learned that my order was NEVER processed and the books were not available/in stock until the day I called. The call agent helped to take care of the order and I had asked for a manager to call me back with an update. I didn’t receive a call, but I did receive an email of the order update. I would have given 1 star but I did receive my order within 4 days so I give my experience 2 stars.”

“They did an awesome job with my order. I wanted hardback versions of my books, and they emailed me to notify me that the version i had ordered was in fact a board book, not a hardback. I was able to fix my order and request hardback versions instead. They didn't even charge me for the extra cost associated with the hardback versions vs. board books. I would recommend this site to others without hesitation!”

“Surprised there was even a reply to give feedback-it must be automated. I ordered books over four months ago and the finally arrived yesterday. There was no indication or updates. When I would email or call, the answer was always, “it’s on it’s way”.”

“We tried six times to fax our credit card information to you and each time we received information that someone had answered the phone and it could not go through or that the signal on your end was interrupted. Very frustrating to have to work so hard to give you money”

Hi there, very sorry to hear of the troubles with the fax machine. We have a secure line, which should not be forwarded to any phone that someone in the office would answer. “I received the most excellent customer service that I have received since the environment of customer "self service" has become the new norm. But BulkBooks representatives were personable and very helpful and delivered the books for our event well before the delivery date. I will recommend and use BulkBooks again and again!”
