“Bobby James' customer service was a blessing. I ordered 250 books and he had to do a special run from the printer and we hoped they would arrive in time for a Patriot Day appreciation lunch we have planned on 9/11. Well, the books were shipped a week early and are expected to arrive today! Bobby kept me informed every step of the way. “Bobby took my call while I was in heavy LA traffic. He made it SO EXTREMELY EASY, I couldn’t believe it. While stuck in a traffic jam we ordered 300 of one of our celebrity’s latest books and had the order split in half so in part was shipped to my office at the studio and the other to the convention we are attending.
