“Easy to order, and pay online. Also received several e-mail notifications about the progress of my order and received it 1 day in advance of the estimate. I think the only confusing thing I hit on was the "Tax Exempt" issue while checking out. My company is not tax exempt and the quote did not include tax. Nor did the final receipt. Now what do I do?”

“They got my books here, however, I would be happier to have received shipping information regarding my order instead of having to call to find out what the status of the order was. I requested a certain I got the order nearly a week later.”

“I never received a call or email to advise me that my books were on back order and will take another week to receive them. I called and left a message, no reply. I emailed regrading my order, no reply. When I called again and finally spoke to someone I was told they would email me a tracking number and have yet to receive that too. I placed my order 26th Sep and is on the 11 Oct and I have to receive my books. Very dissapointed and will NOT be ordering or recommending anyone orser books from your business.”

“A complete set of books was not in the shipment. I expect we will resolve the issue. I thought your prices were great, ordering was easy, and the partial shipment came quickly. I never received an order nor any kind of notification regarding The Invisible Man, by H.G. Wells, but my payment was processed. I waited to reach out to the company because the other titles came in. I assumed The Invisible Man would come. Now, my back is against the wall without a copy of the book. I will be phoning customer service tomorrow, this alone is the reason for my rating. It is a big deal because it affects my students and my classroom, and my stress level.”
